"So..." Boss hesitated, "you're not talking about your homeroom teacher, are you?"

"Uh... yeah, it's my homeroom teacher. Boss, why are you looking at me like that... I'm a victim too!" Lin Yi said with an innocent face.

Boss: "..."

The air went silent for a moment.

"Cough cough..."

Lin Yi coughed dryly, breaking the awkward silence, and then began to tell Boss bit by bit about what he had encountered in his homeroom teacher's office.

This included the trash can with what seemed like tomato meat sauce spaghetti, and the neatly organized room's corner that was still littered with scraps of paper.

"Oh right..." Lin Yi pulled out the small notebook he used for taking notes from his pocket, flipped it open, and handed the scrap of paper to Boss, "I found this in my homeroom teacher's office."

Boss paused slightly, her expression toward Lin Yi growing stranger by the second.

She took it and unfolded the paper, her eyes slowly narrowing.
