Their lips were just a breath away from meeting as Shen Yuxin paused, her eyes searching for his for a moment. It was as though she was giving him one final chance to consider his decision, to make sure he wanted to cross the line one could never uncross.

But, Shen Yuan didn't pull away. Instead, he closed the distance himself, his lips brushing against hers in a soft, and gentle kiss. 

The contact was electric, sending a wake of heat through both of them since it was their first time doing something this intimate with the intent of going all the way.

It was gentle at first, almost shy as if two lovebirds were kissing for the first time, but the emotions that had been pent up all night quickly took over.
