From a dimly lit living room inside a luxurious penthouse within a skyscraper in Agnis City, two men sat in silence watching the city.

A man with jet-black hair and dark eyes, wearing a tailored suit that highlighted his lean, fit frame, leaned back in his seat while swirling the wine in his glass.

His black hair, with only a few strands of silver hidden within, was a stark contrast to his clean-shaven face. Despite his age, his skin was smooth and his features were sharp, giving him a charming vibe. His jet-black eyes were cold and calculated, revealing nothing about his thoughts.

The black-haired man spoke to break the silence. 

" Say, Had I not made that dumb mistake back then, do you think Hirvan would be here with us tonight? Celebrating my victory, enjoying the breathtaking night view and sipping on fine red wine?"

"In your dreams. He would be standing on Drake's side, not yours."
