บท 70: Chapter 68
Mo Fan and Lin Feng took a break from hunting activities as the school tournament was coming up soon. Although because of him Mo Fan only had the Lingyin court's vote while he himself for the one from Zhu Meng.
Mo Fan soon beat Ding Yumian and reached fifth on the ranking before going once again into the three step tower throughout the battle he didn't even use his Fire intermediate spell.
He was saving that suprise for Dongfang Lie.
He soon exited his cultivation when all four of his elements had reached the third tier of intermediate level. But Mo Fan was not yet confident of breaking through although he had a Galaxy Vein on hand.
Lin Feng on the other hand defeated the first rank of the Earth School in a long drawn out battle after which he gave the opponent a light tap. Mo Fan on the other hand went toe to with Dongfang Lie's speciality and defeated him with the lightning element soon after.
The duo then found Huo Tuo who demanded a Vampire's fang in exchange of a free craft.
The rest went as the canon as even Lin Feng couldn't save Liu Ru's sister even Zhao Manyan teamed with them for the final battle against Nie Dong. He was still trailing in the 200s in the Light School and wanted a change of scene and some inspiration and decided to go on some adventures with his old dorm buddies who were both hunters and the top in their school.
Lin Feng then spent the next week in the three step tower and used up all his saved time to shore up his cultivation. His victory was different the next time his opponent might come back with different strategy or equipment and snatch a victory.
Suprisingly his Light Nebula had become completely saturated. But he didn't attempt a breakthrough right away and instead concentrated on his Earth element which still seemed a bit far from saturation.
