Maybe it was because Mu Chienchien didn't always try to curry favor with Jing Zhiyue like everyone else that she could clearly see the real Jing Zhiyue when those people could never see through to Jing Zhiyue's true nature.
"Yeah, I've never liked her. It feels like she's always acting!" Mu Chienchien nodded in agreement.
Qin Qin looked towards where Jing Zhiyue was, her eyes darkening, a purple hue emerging in her irises as the blurred scene made Qin Qin frown.
She actually couldn't see through Jing Zhiyue. Was it because Jing Zhiyue was also related to her? Good, very good!
"Qin Qin, this tie is nice, but I think it's still missing something!" Mu Chienchien's words made Qin Qin withdraw her gaze.
"Missing something?!" What else could be missing?
"Here's a gift you bought yourself, so of course there should be a cake you made by hand too!" Mu Chienchien said as she wiped her mouth.
