Xiao Fei sat still in her car, staring at the imposing gates of the Luo Estate. The afternoon sun glinted off the polished metal, making her squint slightly. She had been parked here for nearly ten minutes now, her mind a whirlwind of confusion.

"How did I even end up here?" Xiao Fei muttered to herself, gripping the steering wheel tightly.

She had originally planned to drive to Kiaros for a quick evaluation of how everything was going at work after she was done with classes, then head to her dorm. Yet somehow, she found herself outside the sprawling mansion of the Luo family.

Was it because of Luo Hao Tian?

The moment this thought appeared in her mind, she immediately shook her head, throwing it away. She just met that man yesterday. There was no way she was worried about him...right?
