While Xiao Fei was busy spending her time in the office, there was someone who couldn't stop grinning as he wandered around his apartment—correction—his new apartment.

Luo Hou Tian was like a little kid on Christmas morning, too excited to sit still. Every few minutes, he'd rush over to the huge windows that stretched from floor to ceiling. Even though his penthouse was way up on the 27th floor and everything outside looked a blurry mess, he kept peeking out anyway.

He'd circle the whole place, running his hand along the walls, grinning like crazy. Then he'd plop down on the fancy new couch, only to jump up again a second later. He couldn't sit still. He was too excited.

On the coffee table were the property deeds for the entire Sky Villa building, sporting his signature at the end.
