At his abrupt gesture, Eveline paused and slowly turned to face him.
She had been watching him all along. He was giving her instructions, but he never took his eyes off of her. They persisted in putting all of her facial expressions into his head while boring him.
"Hm, I will," After answering, she swiftly returned her focus to the text.
While he continued to divert her attention with his occasional startling gestures, Gabriel asked her to write down everything they had learned for this session.
His mind suddenly wandered to the question, "How long have you been dealing with lack of sleep?"
Eveline hesitated once more and pursed her lips due to anxiety.
