He had decided to tell Aaron since he was a movie director, which could potentially help him in the long run, even if he was having an affair with his wife behind his back. However, he didn't need to know that just yet, and Darius would make sure he learned of it once, and only once, he had gotten everything from Aaron.

Only after obtaining everything from him would he tell him about what had been happening once he was gone, including his resources and contacts.

The fact that his wife had sex with him more than once and that she was no longer interested in him.
