With advent of numerous attacks perorated by elements of The Children of Rannoch resulted in the deaths of 6000 police officers dead, along with these attacks on government personnel has skyrocketed with whole capital city having been cut off from the rest of planet as the on going unrest takes the form of militias roaming the streets trying to find food and whatever is edible after all routes to get food into the city were cut off after the first attacks people horded food.
This also resulted in rich people trapped in the city bribing police and military officers to secure themselves and their business which stretched the already thin presence the government had with teams like the one who had recused the councillor with them having to now not be deployable due to areas, as more information comes in about the air defences set up by extremists.
All this happing within such short period of time as the galaxy watched on with eager eyes with the council races having particular view of the whole thing with Turian councillor having said " They wish to join us among the galactic community yet they cant even solve their own internal problems such as a race as young as theirs they are to big for their own good in my opinion"
Along with this sentiment has inspired numerous others on the Holo net to come forward and discredit the whole of the Quarian race with some business even not allowing them into establishments this has inspired a whole new avenue to fear and panic as the general population of Rannoch now in fear of races such as the Batarian Hegemony which the race has been nothing but aggressive and enslavers with then denying "such untrue allegations" and the constant pushing for more territory with them nearing the general space of the Quarian species for years and numerous skirmishes over colonies.
This all changed from a single message from a non organic, Unit-45344 RSP said "Does this unit have a soul" this single message had spread far to wide for Genesis to complete shut it down with himself feeling not nearly ready to come the stage of galaxy yet so far the amount troops and equipment are as follows.
Combat Geth 9 billion this is due to the rapid acquiring of platforms and thus the refitting of them into combat models, such as into heavy support geth ,snipers, engineers, juggernauts, commanders, scouts and rocket troopers with Valeriel having used his 3 charges and them into [Geth Technology] with raising up to 4 it enabled massive influxes of designs and how to quickly change started with working platforms into combat mods without having to go through the heard process of making them personally with the events of the morning war in other realties it enables Valeriel to quickly build up a massive army.
Along with this Valeriel has built many hidden basses all inside of Rannoch's surface with many having the capability to produce their own soldiers and equipment for situations such as the deployment of fire fly batteries this single piece of technology will enable almost absolute air dominance along with his newly acquired Geth fighter aircraft which is capable of planetary and star borne fighting.
Valeriel has also brought up to date all Geth equipment with miniature arc reactors with each small enough to fit snuggly in the devices with of which massively improved all sensors and shields of all units along with enabling significantly more energy to go towards other parts of Geth units such as additional sensors and or targeting computers on all Geth along with this number of 9 billion war Geth with 100 million spider tanks spread-out with bases able to produce them through scavenged materials.
Along with such things like the Hades class anti air defence and orbital defences which had made by the millions as well enables a wide Varity of offensive capablites with 3 legged that raises it above other building it enables firring arcs thorough cites along with its new and improved missiles suite that can deliver a 1 megaton warhead to orbit with 2 seconds due to the highly efficient fuel that adds to the explosion of the device creating a small vacuum which then implodes and disburses shrapnel within space that causes enemy sensors ad targeting confusion.

These 2 improved things have nothing in comparison to the thing Valeriel made as his flagship with him not using traditional Geth Designs as he finds them rushed and unrefined so he makes his own version as such he makes his flagship first.

The mastermind is the capital ship, At 5 miles long and 1 mile wide, It contains a hull of great strength, 5 layers reinforced like the Geth do for bigger ships.
Containing 10 200ft Arc light cannons on the top of the ship on stands that can deal devastating damage to shields and rip ships in two, This ship can easily launch WMD's and bio weapons along with the capability to rapidly deploy bases through self assembly on a planet
On each side of the ship, 200 missile with each having the capability to self fabricate missiles that the targeting system believes it requires pods and 400 laser defence grid are there and the windows slide open as they spray from the side, Windows for 500 plasma beam cannon which is super charged with Ion cyclotron heating with this its can easily burn through 260 gigawatts per volley.
