Dominic remained calm as his rifle shot the enemies in front of him one by one. Ava was fighting alone at the front while he killed anyone who tried to attack the woman secretly. His emotions remained stable when he took another shot. Dominic is killing someone right now, but none of that feels wrong as long as he can protect Ava, who is risking her life in the danger zone.

The fire started to burn when Ava started to burn down the shacks that had been built in the middle of the forest. Dominic secured his weapon again when he had confirmed that there were no more enemies they needed to eradicate.
