The next day, Valerie got ready to head to the company. Max had to leave earlier than her, while she was still sleeping, so she would take one of Grampa Leo's cars after making sure nothing had been done to it.

"Take care, dear." Grampa Leo said to Valerie as she entered the car. She smiled at him through the window and said,

"I'm just going to attend a meeting. Don't make it look like I'm going to travel around the world."

"Yes, I know. But I can't help but worry. There are wolves in board meetings and more so snakes." He said and she nodded.

"I understand. I'll take extra precautions and not fall into any trap." She assured. "So, do me a favor and ease your worries a bit."

Grampa Leo sighed and nodded.

"Alright then. Safe journey."

"Bye, grampa."
