บท 379: Ch 379: The proof

"Suzie, may I come in?... What are you doing? Why are you packing all your stuff like this?"

The omega looked up from the stuff she was packing toward her father. But she did not stop what she was doing, even when the older omega entered the room.

This place smelled like Suzie, and she felt safe here. No one could come here and hurt her, much less that idiotic alpha who marked her and then left her to head home.

'I need to get away from this place! That alpha knows where I live. He will come after me and ruin everything I have.'

Suzie felt panicked, and now that she had settled down a little bit, her fight-and-flight response kicked in, making her feel agitated and wanting to run away.

Her father was also an omega, so he likely understood what was happening with Suzie. He decided to help her settle back down before pulling her into a hug.
