บท 253: Ch253: A new plan

Everyone continued to work just as they had before Rika joined them. Even the demoted omega worked hard to regain her position.

But unlike everyone else, she had a purpose behind her actions. She needed to show just how capable she was, and once people realised that demoting her was a mistake, she would be given a raise and sent back to her place.

'That useless manager refused to help me when I asked him for help. Tsk, how dare he do that after coming on to me so strongly in the past? Does he not have any shame?'

Amanda went to the section chief to clear her name and get his help. But all she got for her effort was a half-assed apology, a clear sign that showed her the mistake. 

She had trusted the wrong person by selecting the section chief as a stepping stone.
