บท 103: No rest yet

Johan and his group finally returned to Duke Arganus' territory, following the same route they had taken before. Though the journey lasted a week, the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant—as if nature itself was welcoming them with warmth. However, behind the calm of the journey, Johan harboured an unseen pain. The wounds on his body still stung, and the mystery of the strange stigma on his hand continued to haunt him throughout the journey. The thought crossed his mind repeatedly, but he knew that the answer would only be found once they reached the castle.

"When I get there, I have to find out...," Johan muttered softly, staring at his hand, which glimmered faintly as the sunlight reflected off his skin.
