Entrance Exam and Interview

Bullet Party(BP) conducted an entrance test in Delhi in a big DAV school on 11th January (Sunday).

A total of 1,056 people arrived for the exam. Most of them were unemployed, and a huge chunk of them were preparing for government exams like UPSC for years.

The question papers were in English and Hindi, and 'Hinglish', which is the hindi spoken by majority of the Hindi speakers.

First, there were some basic questions like, 'Who is the President?', 'Who is the Prime Minister?', 'Who is the CM of your state?'.

Then, there were some tougher questions.

One such question was, 'PwD doesn't know how to build roads that gets potholes in some years, and even months. What is your solution?'

'Government electricity companies are majorly in loss. What is your solution?'

'What are the basic infrastructures for a city?'

'If you are caught in a corruption scandal, but are innocent, what will you say? How will you deal with it? How should party deal with it?'

'How will you fix government hospitals?'

'How will you fix government schools?'

'How will you prevent riots?'

'If a mafia don threatens you to accept a bribe, what will you do?'

'How will you keep your area absolute clean?'

'What should be the solution for waste management?'

etc. etc.

The 25 members beside Shreya checked the basic objective questions' answers, and Shreya herself went through all the subjective questions' answers.

Most of the answers were like those that they write in schools. Saying a lot of things, but no ideas. Order this, order that.

One even wrote, "I will leave all the work to the IAS officers, and instruct them to do what the party wants."

What a lazy bum-

"Wait a minute, this answer is actually good! He is being honest, and isn't this the job of those corrupt civil servants?"

Sukesh Shivakumar, from Bengaluru, Karnataka.

She read his other answers as well.

If gangsters threatens him, he will have the police arrest them. If they try to bribe him, he will have the police arrest them.

He will ban gutka for cleanliness.

He will ask IAS officers to fix schools, hospitals, etc.

He will punish every single person involved in the riots with life sentence. If one vandalises, they will also need to pay five times the loss of property. If they kill someone, they will be sentenced to death.

Will he accept bribe? No. The salary and lifetime pension is enough for an unemployed guy like him. He wants to be the CM of Karnataka for a very long time. It's better to keep winning than risk being arrested for more money that he can't even spend.

In his main motivation for joining, he wrote this.

'I have been rejected by 32 girls for not having government job. My neighbour is a government garbage collector, and he easily got married.

If I can't get married because I work in the government, I will just have the government work under me.'

Shreya blinked several times at his answers, and approved him for the interview round. Atleast he isn't spouting bullshit like,'I want to serve my country'.

What an honest guy.

After two days of checking the answers, out of 1,056, just 408 passed in the basic questions. And out of the 408, just 61 were decided to enter the interview round. They will be the ones getting bigger roles, and the rest from 408 will be contesting elections, but not much money will be spent on them. And those who failed will be foot workers.

Out of the 61 who had the interview, Sukesh was the most interesting.

"What will you do if the civil servant doesn't do the work you ask to?"

"Fire him."

"But how? Isn't firing them next to impossible?"

"Then I will bring a law to fire them. If they won't do the work, they don't deserve to keep warm the seats that many people fight for."

"Wouldn't people protest then?"

"They would. But when more vacancies open up due to firing, they will become happy."

Sukesh was a simple guy, an engineer, and has become bitter about government jobs and institutions due not getting married due to government jobs.

"I will remove the 'job security' that every girl wants. They don't do their job, have lunch break all day, make excuses to not do job, and get free money and pension. If I become the CM, I will teach them a lesson."

He didn't know much about the political structure, but he was smart enough to be a CM. It doesn't require much intelligence anyway.

Along with Sukesh, 30 applicants passed the interview.

The first batch of recruitment was complete. Next recruitment will be snatching some members from Congress.
