After saving the disciple, Xuan Yu roamed the medicine hall a little more with Ming Yue. As they strolled through the bustling courtyard, he noticed the admiration in the eyes of many disciples, while some looked at him with rivalry. Ming Yue constantly talked about various medicinal herbs and their properties, her voice animated and passionate.

Upon reaching their residence, Xuan Yu told Ming Yue he was going to cultivate. Ming Yue reluctantly parted ways with him, clearly wanting to spend more time together. Seeing her disappointment, Xuan Yu said with a gentle smile, "It was good talking to you, Ming Yue. I would love to talk more with you."

Ming Yue's face brightened instantly. "I'll be waiting for you in my room," she said eagerly.

Xuan Yu grinned mischievously. "Aren't we skipping some steps? Not that I mind."

Her face turned a deep shade of red, and it seemed like steam was coming out of her head. "I meant to talk about medicines and healing techniques," she muttered. "Not that."

Xuan Yu laughed heartily. "You look so cute, Ming Yue."

Embarrassed, Ming Yue ran back towards her room with a subtle smile on her face, but not before saying, "Don't forget about your promise."

Xuan Yu watched her receding figure with a smile, then went back into his room. He sat on the bed in a lotus position and recalled a cultivation technique called the Primordial Ascension Technique. This ancient method could convert ordinary Qi into Primordial Qi, a form more powerful and ancient than even Celestial Qi. He had discovered this technique in ancient ruins but had never had the opportunity to cultivate it because it required starting from scratch.

As he began to circulate the technique, he felt his already strong meridians and dantian becoming even more robust and expansive. The energy flow was smooth and intense, and he could feel his body undergoing subtle but significant changes. Hours passed in deep meditation, his focus unwavering.

Suddenly, a rush of energy surged through him. He had broken through the first level of the Elementary Spirit Realm. His middle dantian started to accumulate black spiritual energy which was Primordial Qi, and his body became more resilient and powerful.

At the moment of breakthrough, two pieces of information appeared in his mind. The first was about his special physique: the Heaven's Charmer Physique. It was a forbidden physique, the most potent form of physique known. It was perfect for dual cultivation, enhancing the cultivation speed for both him and his partners, though slightly less for the partners. This physique also allowed him to choose an aspect of the Dao of Heaven without undergoing any trials, which was why it was considered forbidden.

Just like Daos, physiques were categorized into lesser physiques, greater physiques, supreme physiques, and forbidden physiques. Each type allowed the cultivator to choose an aspect of the corresponding Dao. For example, his Heaven's Charmer Physique allowed him to choose an aspect of the Dao of Heaven without any trial. His flesh and bones were imbued with a resilience that could withstand powerful attacks, and his healing abilities were significantly enhanced. He realized that these transformations were just the beginning, and as he cultivated further, they would grow even stronger.

After rechecking his body, Xuan Yu got up and saw that the moon was already in the sky from his window.

He then, moved towards the room of Ming Yue to fulfill his promise. He would be lying that he didn't want to spend time with Ming Yue.

After returning to her room,

Ming Yue was still blushing with a smile on her face. She was feeling very giddy when she heard Xuan Yu say that she was cute.

If someone from the sect could see her, they would be shocked to their core, that the Cold and Unattainable, Ming Yue was acting like a maiden in love.

Ming Yue knew that Xuan Yu would be hungry after his cultivation, so she thought, 'Why don't I make something new today?'. She then went to her library and found the cookbook. She went to through the recipes and found a suitable one.

She then immediately went to the garden to gather the ingredients. After gathering the ingredients, she went to kitchen to clean the ingredients to remove the dirts and then, started cooking.

After a little bit of time, a delicious aroma filled the kitchen. She looked at the marvelous product proudly. She then carefully placed the table in her room along two chairs and placed the hot dishes on the table.

While she was doing that, she heard a knock on the door and to which she said, "Come in."

She looked at Xuan Yu and said, "You came at the right time, I just finished plating our dinner. Come, we'll talk while eating."

She then looked at Xuan Yu once again and became very shocked, "How come you are in the First Level Of Elementary Spirit Realm when started to cultivate in the noon."

She looked at Xuan Yu seriously and said, "I don't know what secrets you are hiding but don't leave the Residence until you have broken through the Profound Spirit Realm."

Xuan Yu nodded his head.

Xuan Yu smelled the delicious the aroma and moved inside her room.

He noticed that her room was quite huge compared to his. Her bed was alongside the window giving a picturesque views of the mountains. And some books on the bookshelf which presumed were about medical plants.

He then sat on the chair infront of Ming Yue's chair and Ming Yue started to serve him his food. Under the shining eyes of Ming Yue, he took the first bite and felt the harmony of different flavours and textures. And most importantly, he also felt how much love and affection Ming Yue had poured in the dish while making. He then smiled said, "It is very delicious, Ming Yue. You are a great cook."

Ming Yue muttered, "Thank You"

Xuan Yu noticed that she wasn't eating and picked up some vegetables and moved his chopsticks to her mouth and she opened her shyly and ate.

During the whole dinner, Xuan Yu and Ming Yue talked with Xuan Yu feeding her.

After finishing dinner, Xuan moved back to his room and thought about cultivating body and soul right from the start. He then looked at the moon and laid on the bed and fell asleep.
