บท 19: Chapter 19: The white haired girl and the white haired man...

As they made their way back to the village, the conversation between Darius and Ororo flowed easily, punctuated by laughter and the playful antics of Zuri.

"So, Darius," Ororo began, glancing at him with a curious smile, "what's your next adventure? I doubt you'll be staying still for long."

Darius chuckled. "You're right about that. I was thinking of exploring the northern mountains. I've heard there's a hidden valley with some of the rarest flora in Wakanda. Sounds like a perfect place to satisfy my curiosity."

"That does sound intriguing," Ororo agreed. "You'll have to tell me all about it when you return. Maybe bring back a sample or two for our healers."

"Consider it done," Darius said with a grin. "And what about you? Any exciting plans?"

Ororo smiled softly. "I'll be continuing my work here, tending to the shrine and helping the villagers. There's always something to be done, and I find a lot of peace in it."

As they entered the village, the scent of breakfast wafted through the air, making Zuri perk up and sniff eagerly.

"Looks like someone is ready for breakfast," Ororo noted, reaching down to scratch Zuri behind the ears.

"She's always ready for food," Darius said with a laugh. "Let's get her something to eat."

They made their way to a small gathering area where villagers were preparing a communal breakfast. The aroma of freshly baked bread, roasted meats, and tropical fruits filled the air. Darius and Ororo were warmly greeted by the villagers, who offered them a variety of dishes.

Darius filled a small bowl with some meat and placed it on the ground for Zuri, who eagerly began to eat. "There you go, little one."

Ororo handed Darius a plate of food and took one for herself. "I always enjoy these mornings with the villagers. It's a wonderful way to start the day."

Darius nodded, taking a bite of the delicious food. "I agree. There's something special about sharing a meal with good company."

They found a spot to sit, joining a group of villagers who were engaged in cheerful conversation. Darius listened intently, occasionally adding his own comments and questions, enjoying the sense of community.

As they ate, Ororo turned to Darius. "You know, the northern mountains can be quite treacherous. Be careful out there."

"Don't worry," Darius assured her. "I've got Zuri to watch my back. And besides, a little danger makes the adventure more exciting."

Ororo laughed. "That's the spirit. Just make sure you come back in one piece."

"I promise," Darius said with a wink.

After breakfast, they spent some time mingling with the villagers, sharing stories and laughter. As they walked around, Ororo shared more about her powers and origins.

"You know," Ororo began, "I wasn't always in Wakanda. I was born to a Kenyan tribal princess and an American photojournalist. My parents died when I was young, and I ended up in Cairo, where I learned to survive on the streets. It was there that I discovered my powers."

"That's quite the journey," Darius said, impressed. "How did you end up here in Wakanda?"

"Through many trials and adventures," Ororo replied.

[~Flashback~]

Ororo Munroe was only twelve years old when she first discovered her extraordinary abilities. The streets of Cairo had been her home since she lost her parents, and she had learned to navigate the bustling, chaotic city with the skill and cunning of a seasoned survivor.

But the day her powers manifested, everything changed.

It started with a particularly hot afternoon. The sun blazed mercilessly, and the air felt thick and oppressive.

Ororo had been running through the narrow alleys, escaping from a group of angry shopkeepers after being caught stealing food. As she darted through the maze-like streets, she felt an unusual surge of energy building inside her.

Her heart pounded, and she could feel the heat around her intensify. Suddenly, the sky above darkened, and clouds began to swirl ominously.

Ororo stumbled to a halt, looking up in bewilderment as the first fat drops of rain splattered on the dusty ground. Within moments, a torrential downpour had begun, cooling the scorching air and leaving the shopkeepers scrambling for cover.

Ororo stood there, drenched but exhilarated, her blue eyes wide with shock and awe. She lifted her hands instinctively, and the rain obeyed her command, shifting from a gentle drizzle to a pounding storm and then back to calm.

She could feel the connection between her emotions and the weather, a strange, powerful bond she had never known existed.

Days turned into weeks as Ororo experimented with her newfound abilities in secret, learning to control the winds and summon lightning with a thought. But it wasn't long before her remarkable talents drew attention.

One evening, as Ororo was practicing in an abandoned courtyard, creating small whirlwinds and lightning bolts, a figure appeared at the edge of the shadows. She tensed, ready to flee, but the man held up a hand in a gesture of peace.

"My name is Charles Xavier," he said, his voice calm and reassuring. "I've been looking for you, Ororo."

"How do you know my name?" Ororo asked, suspicion coloring her voice.

"I know many things," Xavier replied, stepping into the light. His kind eyes met hers with a mixture of understanding and empathy. "I know about your powers. And I know that you must feel very alone and confused right now."[A/N Yes he can walk... What u gonna do, bite me?]

Ororo's guard lowered slightly. "What do you want?"

"I want to help you," Xavier said simply. "There are others like you, Ororo. People with extraordinary abilities. I've founded a school where we can learn to understand and control our powers. A place where we can be safe and accepted."

Ororo hesitated, the weight of the decision pressing on her young shoulders. The life she had known was harsh and unforgiving, but it was all she had ever known. Yet here was a chance for something different, something more.

Xavier seemed to sense her inner turmoil. "You don't have to decide right now. But know this: you are not alone, and you don't have to face this journey by yourself."

Ororo looked into his eyes and saw the sincerity there. For the first time in a long while, she felt a glimmer of hope.

"Okay," she said softly. "I'll come with you."

And so, Ororo Munroe left the streets of Cairo behind, embarking on a new path that would lead her to become one of the most powerful and revered mutants in the world.

Eventually, I was found by Professor Xavier and became part of the X-Men. My abilities to control the weather earned me the name Storm. After some time, I felt a calling to reconnect with my roots, which led me here to Wakanda."

Darius nodded thoughtfully. "Your powers are incredible, Ororo. To control the very elements... it must feel empowering."

"It is," Ororo admitted. "But it also comes with great responsibility. I strive to use my abilities for good, to help those in need and to protect the natural world."

Darius smiled. "I understand that. Power without purpose can be a dangerous thing."

Ororo gave him a curious look. "What about you, Darius? You have a power that's rare and profound. What's your story?"

Darius chuckled, looking up at the sky. "Well, I come from beyond the stars. A primordial being, a god, a demon, the world's end, I've been called plenty.

I decided to come to Earth to experience life and to judge those who I deem deserving of it. But mostly, I just want to enjoy the beauty and chaos of this world."

[A/N Honestly there's no point hiding it, what is anyone gonna do? Buh if ya'll don't like lemme know.]

Ororo raised an eyebrow in surprise, "A primordial being, huh? That explains a lot. Can you show me a bit of your power?"

Darius grinned. "Of course."

He took a deep breath, feeling the energy coursing through his veins. With a slow, deliberate motion, he raised his hands to the sky. The air around him began to vibrate, and a soft hum filled the atmosphere.

Suddenly, the sky darkened as if night had fallen. Stars appeared, twinkling in the daylight, creating a breathtaking celestial dome above them. Darius extended his arms outward, and the stars responded, shifting and swirling to form intricate patterns and constellations.

With a flick of his wrist, a massive, glowing aurora spread across the sky, bathing the valley in vibrant hues of green, blue, and purple. The colors danced and shimmered, reflecting off the leaves and rivers below, creating a surreal, otherworldly landscape.

Darius then clenched his fist, and the aurora condensed into a brilliant, pulsing orb of energy. He brought it down gently, and it floated in front of him, radiating warmth and light. With a gentle push, he sent the orb drifting over the valley, where it burst into a shower of sparkling stardust, falling like gentle rain upon the land.

As the sky returned to its natural state, Darius lowered his hands, the hum fading away. He looked down at Zuri, who was staring up in awe, her eyes wide with wonder.

"There," he said with a smile. "Just a glimpse of what lies beyond our world."

Zuri yipped in excitement, her tail wagging furiously. Darius chuckled, feeling a deep sense of satisfaction and peace.

Ororo watched the celestial display with wide eyes, her breath catching in her throat. As the aurora shimmered and the stardust fell, she felt a profound sense of awe and wonder.

"Darius," she murmured, her voice filled with admiration, "that was incredible. I've never seen anything like it."

She looked at him, a newfound respect and curiosity in her eyes. "Your power... it's beyond anything I've ever imagined. Truly extraordinary."

Ororo smiled, then raised her arms to the sky. Dark clouds gathered, and a gentle rain began to fall, the air crackling with electricity. With a flick of her wrist, a small bolt of lightning struck the ground nearby, leaving a harmless but impressive scorch mark.

"Not bad," Darius said. "You control the elements with such grace."

"And you wield the very essence of the universe," Ororo replied, lowering her arms as the rain stopped and the clouds dispersed.

As the morning sun climbed higher in the sky, Darius knew it was time to prepare for his next journey. He stood up, stretching and looking down at Zuri. "Ready for another adventure, girl?"

Zuri responded with an enthusiastic yip, her tail wagging eagerly.

Ororo walked over, placing a hand on Darius's shoulder. "Take care, my friend. And remember, you're always welcome here."

"Thank you, Ororo," Darius said sincerely. "I'll see you soon."

With that, Darius and Zuri set off towards the northern mountains, the promise of new discoveries and experiences ahead. The bond he had formed with the people of Wakanda, and the tranquility he found in moments of stillness, filled him with a sense of purpose and joy.

[Elsewhere, S.H.I.E.L.D Headquarters]

Nick Fury stood by the window of his office, staring at the night sky in astonishment. The celestial display unfolding before him—vibrant auroras and shimmering stardust—was unlike anything he'd ever seen.

"What the hell is going on out there?" he muttered, his gaze fixed on the breathtaking spectacle. He knew it had to be the mysterious unknown that landed in Wakanda. It had to be.

The immense power and otherworldly beauty of the display left Fury both intrigued and uneasy.

"Looks like we've got a new player in the game," he said to himself, a hint of a smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. "And he's making quite the entrance."
