[Who is he? I have never seen anyone like him anywhere. I wonder why he is this close to Virtya or is it that Virtya wants to add another minister to his ministry??]

[This is my first time seeing this boy. Let's hear what Virtya is about to say about him.]

It was noisy in the hall as the attendees started discussing who Bogdan might be and why he was with Virtya.

However, Virtya didn't let their puzzlement to escalate further as he stood up and stared around the room.

The music was halted and the people also became quite as all their attention shifted to Virtya.

As Virtya looked around, he could see that everyone was seated while staring at him and it was only the palace maids and the knight around the room who remained standing.

"This is a wonderful day and we find a chance to meet one of the best student from the business class. This." Virtya turned and pointed at Bogdan. He smiled and then continued.

"This man here is called Bogdan Falin and I am happy that among the many who were chose, he was the only one who understood managing a business very well and that was why I am going to announce that from today henceforth, Bogdan Falin would be the managing director of Pollow cement. If you want to buy cement in bulk, you don't have to seek me or see Alexandre. Bogdan Falin and his crew will be there to help you." Clearly, Bogdan was not the only person that Virtya had employed for the cement factory. For a successful business, Virtya had employed a suitable staff who will be working in the offices of Pollow cement here in Whiten. There were people who were put in the accounting offices, HR duties, secretaries, marketing duties and much more responsibilities. Of course, these were learned people.

For now, Pollow cement was a state owned enterprise and Virtya planned to make it a limited company that could allow the sale of its shares to the public. This would only be available after he unveiled Whiddiff security exchange market.

Silence!

No one uttered a word after they heard what Virtya had just said. The people in the hall especially the merchants stared at Bogdan with sparkling eyes from time to time as if they wanted to print his picture into their minds.

Others searched through their memories to see if they knew Bogdan or if he was still a stranger to them. But of course, Bogdan was not a famous merchant and this was the first time that he was brought to the limelight. He was overwhelmed by their gazes and slightly jittery but this couldn't hide the fact that Bogdan was enthusiastic for being selected for this role.

He never knew that he was going to be selected. After all, there were people who were richer than him who also applied for this job but they were not selected thus, this showed that there was something that he had that these rich people didn't have.

[What is the meaning of this?? This is not the impression that I expected. Virtya would have asked the dukes to give him one of their relatives so that he could elevate them to these top positions, but he didn't do that and went for a no name person, this is a bad idea. What does this mean? This means that Virtya has lost a chance to cement and maintain his good relationship with the dukes. He should have fostered a good relationship with the dukes by keeping them close to him so that they won't hesitate to help him in the future.]

[Virtya is strange nowadays. Even a toddler who was born yesterday could clearly tell that this Virtya is different. The Virtya that we know was a coward, stupid and a selfish bastard but the Virtya in front of us has come up with strange stuffs which is abnormal for a stupid bastard. Furthermore, Virtya has given out so many jobs which could have been done by the slaves at a no cost. This Virtya is brave or should I say that he is just ignorant? At first, he gave the ministers more power which dwarfed that of the dukes which has left a bad taste in the mouths of the dukes and right now, he was even isolating himself more and more from them, doesn't he know that he wouldn't be successful without these dukes?]
