The room fell into an awkward silence for a while before Olive ended the kiss. She promptly stood up, her face showing anger.
"What do you think you're doing ," She asked about to hit Lucas, but he grabbed her hands and made her sit on his lap.
"I saved you, and you wanted to hit me. Is that how you repay your savior?" Lucas asked with a smirk, his eyes fixed on Olive.
"Who asked you?!" Olive retorted, her voice seething with anger as she glared at the smiling Lucas, intensifying her fury. She then stood up from his lap and sat down back on her chair.
"Lucas is our son-in-law after all," Peter said, his eyes filled with excitement.
"You better be quiet, or there will be consequences," Olive warned, her voice threatening, before turning to Mark and Lucas. "You've both caused enough trouble. It's time to leave. Your drivers must be waiting for you."
"Huh? They haven't even finished their food, dear," Mrs. Williams said, a smile playing on her lips, while Mr. Williams shook his head and let out a heavy sigh.
"It's true. You should both go home now. Your family is also waiting for you to return," Mr. Williams said, his tone serious, prompting Mark to stand up.
Lucas remained seated, focused on finishing his meal. When he finally looked up, he was met with stern gazes from the others, urging him to stand.
"Thank you for having us," Lucas said, as he stood up immediately, giving a slight bow
"We will take our leave now," Mark added with a nod. "Have a great day ahead, Mr. and Mrs. Williams."
"Have a great day, kids," Mr. Williams replied with a warm smile.
Mrs. Williams then handed Mark and Lucas each a neatly wrapped box filled with food. "You can microwave this and eat it later at home," she said with a wide smile.
"Thank you, ma'am," Lucas and Mark said in unison, bowing.
"When is my brother-in-law coming again? When will the two families meet to discuss the wedding?" Peter asked, raising his eyebrows in curiosity, but Olive ignored him and ushered Lucas and Mark towards the exit.
"Take care, kids!" Mrs. Williams called out as she watched them leave until they were out of sight.

"Easy! You've wrinkled my shirt. Lucas complained outside the house. Why are you so confrontational.
"What were you doing in there? And didn't you say you would never visit a less fortunate person's house, yet here you are, even eating my mother's food." Olive yelled, her voice filled with anger. "You were the first to ask my mom if you could come over."
" Yes, I was curious to see your house." Lucas replied with a sigh. "It's not as nice as I expected, but it's okay."
" You...,"
" Enough, both of you. Mark interjected, stopping Olive before she could respond to Lucas. What's your house number, Olive? Maybe my driver can find it if I give him the number."
"You see! Are you sure their street is on Google Maps? My driver couldn't find it even with the address.," Lucas said with a smirk.
" Can you please be quiet?" Olive said, shooting Lucas an angry look before turning to Mark with a softer expression. "There are multiple ways to get to my house, so if someone isn't familiar with the area, they might have trouble finding it even with Google Maps."
"I understand now." Mark nodded. "But how do we get home."
"We could walk to the bus station instead. It's easier to find. Olive suggested, giving
Mark and Lucas the address to input into their Google Maps.
"Wait, we have to walk? How far is it" Lucas asked.
" It's a thirty-minute walk." Olive replied matter-of-factly.
" Thirty minutes?! Seriously?! Lucas exclaimed, looking surprised. "I'm not going to walk that with you."
"You can sleep here then," Olive replied, trapping Mark's arm as he chuckled at Lucas's reaction and started walking down the street with Olive, leaving Lucas behind.
Lucas quickly followed, his face etched with anger.
The street was bustling with people attending to their daily activities while some are walking. The sweet aroma of street food filled the air and the laughter of people as well as noises.
Olive moved closer to a stall selling roasted meat on sticks and bought three. She devoured one and handed the remaining two to Lucas and Mark, who were hesitant to take them.
"I don't eat this kind of food," Lucas said, his expression showing disgust as he looked at the meat in Olive's hand.
"Isn't it just regular meat?" Olive asked, still holding out her hand. Mark eventually took one stick from her and took a bite.
After realizing the delicious tenderness and flavor of the meat that melted in his mouth, Mark quickly finished the whole stick.
"I need more, Mr.!" Mark exclaimed, moving closer to the stall to buy ten more sticks and eagerly devouring each one.
"I can't believe you, Mark," Lucas said, shaking his head in disbelief. Before he could finish his sentence, Olive stuffed a piece of meat into his mouth.
Lucas's eyes widened in surprise at the delicious taste, and he quickly ordered ten more sticks for himself, happily devouring them.
"How are these so delicious? The chef at home always cooks poorly, all while I thought I was eating good food all this time," Lucas commented, his mouth still full of meat.
Olive chuckled lightly and then grabbed both Mark and Lucas by their arms and led them to a store that sold iced chocolate drinks. She ordered three and handed one to each of them. Mark and Lucas immediately drank theirs in one go.
"What should we try next?" Lucas asked eagerly, his eyes shining with excitement, causing Olive to burst into laughter.
"My friend's mother has a noodle stall down the street. Let's go there and each have a bowl of noodles," Olive replied, linking arms with Lucas and Mark as she guided them to the noodle shop.
The shop was bustling with people enjoying their various noodle dishes, the sweet aroma wafting through Olive, Lucas, and Mark's noses as they entered.
"Arthur!" A girl with long blonde hair, dressed in a blue shirt and jeans and wearing an apron, happily ran up to Olive and threw herself into her arms. She knew that Olive was disguised as a boy, as she had been informed beforehand.
"Lara! Olive called out cheerfully, still embracing Lara tightly until Lucas interrupted with a throat clearing, prompting the two women to separate.
"Sorry, guys. This is Lara, my best friend," Olive introduced with a smile.
"Best friend, huh?" Lucas muttered quietly. "I'm Lucas, nice to meet you, Lara," he said, extending his hand for a handshake, which Lara accepted.
"Mark!" Olive whispered softly to Mark, who seemed lost in thought, a smile playing on his lips as he gazed at Lara.
