บท 33: The Imperial Princess’s Tea Party

*In the garden of the queen's palace*

''Princess, is it true the weather in the Mongol Empire is different from here?''

''Not really. The weather is more searing in my empire though.''

''Princess, I admire the fashion in your empire. To think I would have an opportunity of telling this to your highness.''

''You flatter me, madam. However, the fashion in my empire does not surpass her majesty's sense of fashion.''

Because of those words, all eyes simultaneously turned to the empress on her own and sipping tea at the head of the table. The tea party had not started not too long ago, and the empress had done nothing but entertained herself with some pastries and tea. Other than acknowledging their greetings and saying a few welcoming words to the imperial princess, she had not said anything at all.
