บท 48: Words

It attracted his attention for a moment before he stopped caring and looked back at the world before him.

This shocked the girl even more.

"You are?"

Adonis didn't answer.

"Hello?"

"It seemed more like a command than a question." He uttered under his breath as he sighed and looked back at the girl.

"Excuse me-"

He looked at her for a few seconds before he turned around and began to walk away.

The girl found herself stunned for the upteenth time since she'd met this boy. Her face contorted into a frown and her jaw clenched.

Seeing this, her guards immediately acted, vanishing to appear in front of Adonis, blocking his path though this didn't stop his steps.

"Listen here you little fucking-"

They couldn't react as with a single step, Adonis vanished and reappeared dozens of metres behind them.

Frantically turning around, their qi flared up as they burst with power and chased after him.
