บท 197: Progress

The clinking of silverware filled the room as Claire, Ruby, and Richard sat around the dining table, enjoying their breakfast.

Ruby, despite the air of tension in the dining room, couldn't stop talking about the recent revelation and everything that happened the previous day.

"I'm so happy I have a sister!" Ruby said, her voice bright with excitement. "I always wanted one, and now I do. I can't wait to get to know her better. Maybe we can do fun things together, like go shopping, or have spa days. I know we both already clicked and stuff but do you think she'll like to do all of that with me now, Mom?" Ruby asked looking at her mom.

Claire smiled softly, nodding. "I think she will, Ruby. Just give her some time. This is all new for her too," Claire said and Ruby nodded but her mind was already moving on to the next thing.
