บท 33: Another Life Update
Sup Peeps! Daydul here again with another update. This time the news isn't that great to be honest. So a strike went down at my job, which caused a lot of people to lose said jobs. Even people not apart of the strike, I happened to be included in the bunch.
Also since I happen to live in one of those states that says you can be fired for any reason, no questions asked, I couldn't do anything about it. Gotta love late stage capitalism and what not.
That said, I am not fully within the red right now, and I am taking steps to hopefully not have to worry about life deciding to give me the middle finger at random intervals. I am currently learning Live2D.
For those that don't happen to know what that is, it's what people utilize to allow 2D vtuber models to move like they do. My goal and reason for learning this is because if I get to the right skill level, I could pay for my rent/bills with one model. In order to do that though, I need to get good at Live2D, properly promote myself, make a site/terms and conditions, and constantly improve my skills so I am always adapting to my environment.
What does that mean for my fics? It means that I will probably still be posting chapters here and there, but not necessarily on a consistent schedule, at least until I can get myself in a more stable situation.Tbh, I had a nervous breakdown and was damn near in tears when this shit went down, but I don't have time to wallow in my sorrows, cause I got bills to pay.
I have been in a terrible mindset for a while, and this was another kick that should have put me down, but instead I saw it as a sign that I need to do something about my situation. Take my life into my own hands ya know? If you are curious as to where I will be doing these things, it will be under the username cuzetty, I'll be starting with tiktok and the like. Probably gonna regularly post on there and the youtube.
Regardless though, I will probably be focusing on that waifu catalog/skyblock fic I started since I have a good amount of interest in writing that further, and will probably rewrite a good amount of chapters for golem divinity to at more detail and context.
