The man's expression turned grave. "Not only is he still alive, but he's now heading toward the city!"

"Yes!"
The chief's face darkened, and he snorted coldly. "How audacious! Send a team immediately to intercept him and prevent him from entering the city."
"Understood!"
The man, having received his orders, left to make the necessary arrangements.

An armed convoy from the military district near the city was dispatched to intercept Chen Ye.

At this moment, Chen Ye was indeed making his way toward the city.

Even an earthquake couldn't collapse it. If you hide there, you could avoid most of the disaster. I'll take you there as compensation. What do you think?"
Chen Ye smiled at this.

That bunker was probably packed with explosives.
