บท 35: 33. Nereid Kyrie
"Haaaahhhhh," Koneko yelled as she threw a large blue flame at the trees in front of us.
The blue flame sped forward, touching the trees and instantly setting them ablaze.
"No, no, you cat! You don't need to yell when using senjutsu. You just need to focus on smoothly channeling your mana throughout your body," Grace shouted at Koneko.
At the moment, I am watching Koneko train with Grace because I want to step in if Grace goes too hard on Koneko. Fortunately, it is just a practice session to help Koneko use her senjutsu more naturally.
"Okay!" Koneko without any complaints tries using her senjutsu again, but this time she lets her mana flow naturally instead of forcing it like before.
"Hmm, looks like you actually know how to train someone without using violence, huh," I say to Grace while nodding.
I quickly dodge a punch from Grace. "Of course I know how to train someone! Who do you think trained Yuel and Societte?"
"I know, I know. I'm just saying..." I raise both my hands towards her and then look over at Rias, who is with Lyria.
"Yes, like that. Hold all of it," Lyria instructs Rias who is holding the Bahamut sword.
But suddenly, there is an explosion and Rias is thrown back. Luckily Lyria is there to catch her and bring her back beside her.
Rias's hand which is full of wounds from the explosion heals instantly as if it had never been injured. "You need to hold it harder Rias. Use all your demonic power. It doesn't matter if you run out I will refill your power."
Rias still has a long way to go before she can actually train her body to hold the Bahamut Sword.
The reason for Rias's training like this is so her body can get used to the overwhelming power of the Bahamut weapon, and then, when her body gets used to it, I can get her to the next phase.
"Alright, I'm going back to prepare breakfast. Don't overdo your training, both of you," I said to them, but they didn't seem to hear me because they were too focused on their training.
Except for Lyria and Grace, who responded to me and then returned their attention to Rias and Koneko.
After that, I started walking back home while enjoying the fresh air in this place.
When I got back home and went to the main room, I saw Ophis watching a children's show on TV. "Hey, Ophis, you not sleeping again?" I then sat next to her.
"Hmm, sleeping is not interesting," Ophis replied, but her eyes were still fixed on the TV show.
I then picked up Ophis then put her on my lap and started patting her head while watching TV.
I originally wanted to prepare breakfast, but I'll relax a bit since Ophis is here. Besides, Ophis is very soft and comfortable to hug.
Ophis didn't comment at all when I did this to her because she also liked being pat like that, so we both watched TV while enjoying this quiet morning.
Or that's what I thought when I suddenly sense Ingvild's power suddenly skyrocketing, making me look up to where Ingvild is sleeping.
"Rei..." Ophis murmured while looking in the same direction as me.
"Yes, Ophis, this is the time," I say, then pick up Ophis and place her beside me.
"About time her sacred gear awakens," I quickly move to Ingvild's room.
Upon entering the room, I see this room is filled with lavender light particles emanating from Ingvild.
Ingvild's body is also enveloped in the same light making me to move closer to her. "Ughhhh...." Ingvild looks uncomfortable with all of this but weirdly she is still sleeping.
If Ingvild doesn't wake up, her body might lose control of her Sacred Gear because it's now filled with so much mana that she needs to control.
Ingvild's body is drenched in sweat, making her nightwear see-through revealing her body clearly particularly her really big breasts through the wet fabric.
Without wasting time, I place my hand on her chest and begin focusing on controlling her out-of-control Sacred Gear.
While doing that, I have the chance to observe her Sacred Gear and understand how it works.
After a few moments, I instantly understand how the biblical God made this Sacred Gear and what the requirements are to reach balance breaker... Not gonna lie, it's so bad. Like, what the hell?
Even the Society organization can make something better than this... So this is kind of pointless for me to actually observe this Sacred Gear, but oh well.
After that, I suppress the power of Ingvild's Sacred Gear and keep it stable within her body. Soon, the lavender light particles filling the room begin to disappear.
Ingvild's body is no longer enveloped by the light, and her breathing starts to become steady again. Shortly after I see Ingvild starting to open her eyes.
"Uhhh..." Ingvild looks at me, but since she has just woken up her response is slow.
"Good morning, sleeping princess," I say, smiling at Ingvild.
"Good morning... Rei..." Ingvild replies while rubbing her eyes.
She then sits up in her bed still rubbing her eyes for a moment and looks around. "This is my room... right?"
"Yup, this is your room."
Ingvild falls silent for a bit but then suddenly realizes what is happening. "Huh?? Rei?? What are you doing here!?" she asks me in a panic.
Then she looks down at herself, noticing her sweat-soaked clothes and the open neckline that reveals her large breasts.
"Ehhhh, why are my clothes like this!?" she instantly panics while trying to cover her chest. But because her breasts are too large her efforts just pressing them together making them more noticeable to me...
Ingvild's face turns beet red with embarrassment. Seeing her failed attempts, she grabs a pillow behind her and uses it to cover her face.
"Ughhhh...." I can hear Ingvild groan in embarrassment behind the pillow.
"Calm down, Ingvild. I'm here because your Sacred Gear is awakened, so I had to stabilize it to keep you from losing control," I say, sitting beside her and gently patting her head to comfort her.
Hearing that her Sacred Gear is awakened, Ingvild lifts the pillow from her face and asks me eagerly, "Really? My Sacred Gear is awakened???"
"Yes, your Sacred Gear is already awakened. Its name is Nereid Kyrie, and it has the ability to control the sea and dragons."
Hearing this Ingvild starts examining her body trying to find her Sacred Gear but finding nothing.
"Your Sacred Gear doesn't have a physical form Ingvild. It's within your body but for now don't try to use it. It's better to wait until later today."
Ingvild looks happy and excited to train with her Sacred Gear. "Really?? I can't wait for that! I've been waiting for this moment for weeks."
Huh, I didn't know she is so eager to awaken her Sacred Gear... But then I hear Ingvild mumble, "Now I can finally be useful to you..." with a slightly flushed face.

"Ahhhh, so tired..." Rias collapses on the sofa after her training session.
"Me too, nya..." Koneko also collapses on the carpet after finishing her training.
Grace has instructed Koneko to always use her Senjutsu to get her body accustomed to its power, so now she is using her cat ear and two-tail form.
"Good work, you two." Ingvild arrives with tea and sets it on the table for them.
Rias looks at Ingvild and can sense that her mana feels different from before. "Ingvild, has your sacred gear awakened?"
Ingvild after placing drinks on the table, turns to Rias with a smile. "Yes, my sacred gear has finally awakened~"
"Yes, now Ingvild just needs to practice using it. This afternoon, Ingvild and I will go out to train with it," I say to them.
"Sacred gear, huh... That sounds interesting. Is it like a celestial weapon?" Djeeta asks me from beside me.
At this moment, Djeeta and Lyria are sitting next to me while cuddling with me. "I don't think it's like a celestial weapon, Djeeta. Probably more like a revenant weapon, related to their souls," Lyria says while trying to sense the new mana inside Ingvild.
"Yes, sacred gear can be considered similar to a revenant weapon because they are connected to the user's soul," I explain to them.
"If you two are curious, you can join us this afternoon to test Ingvild's abilities."
"Eh, really? Then we are definitely coming," Djeeta says excitedly while giving me a quick kiss on the cheek.
Meanwhile, Ingvild watches the three of them with a bit of jealousy. Since she started living here, every day has been truly enjoyable.
Although she initially felt shy and hesitant about getting close to Rei and the others Rei patiently approached her and talking to her, helping her overcome her shyness and allowing her to become closer to everyone.
Even though she struggles a bit with Sturm because she rarely speaks, after getting to know her better made Ingvild realize that Sturm is actually easy to understand.
However, the problem arises whenever she sees Rei being affectionate with his fiancées or when Grisella teases him. It makes her feel envious.
She also want to be pampered like that, but because she is just a guest she tries to hide it and she is also too shy to ask for it...
But at least thanks to this morning's incident, she knows that Rei is also interested in her. When her clothes are see-through because of her sweat she can feel that Rei occasionally glances at her chest.
Because of that, she is confident she still has a chance and decides to become strong first before asking him to fulfill her request.
Right now, among everyone, she is the weakest because she lives as a human before and has only been awake for a few weeks since her Sleep Disease.
But now that her sacred gear has awakened, she plans to master it and reach balance break before asking anything from Rei.
