บท 242: Matilda's pain

THIRD PERSON'S POV

Matilda walked into the office to ask Tyler what his plans were for the evening. She wanted him to come with her to the neighboring Luna's birthday.

It was a small party, and they hadn't invited many people. Since she had been on good terms with Luna since they were kids, she wanted Alpha Tyler to accompany her. 

The world already knows she was chosen as the Luna of the Hazel Moon pack.

However, as soon as she reached Tyler's office, she noticed two guards moving what looked like a large canvas inside.

"What is this?" Matilda asked Alpha Tyler, who walked inside the office in a suit.

"It's a gift. It's a painting by one of the most famous painters in the world, VB," Tyler explained, and Matilda raised her brows.

A happy smile appeared on her face. 

"Thank you," She hugged Tyler.

Tyler furrowed his brows and looked at her with confusion.

"Why are you thanking me?" He asked.
