ALPHA MAVERICK'S POV

"Sir, did you receive the information?" Shadow asked as soon as I landed at the airport, and I furrowed my brows.

"If you are going to say that you didn't arrange for a taxi or a hotel already, I will beat the hell out of you," I said, feeling pretty much annoyed that we had to come here when I pretty much wanted to stay with my woman.

There were so many things that I wanted to talk to her about. Getting some alone time with her was already a task and now that strange woman appeared out of nowhere who has been acting like a kid to attract all of Valencia's attention.

"That's not it, sir," Shadow said and I sighed, massaging my forehead when I saw the man standing with my name on his board.

I walked to the man before getting inside the car.

"If that's not the case, why are you wasting my time?" I asked.

"Sir, it's about the rogue head," Shadow said, and I quirked my brows, his words catching my attention.
