"S-Strip my clothes?" Ning Yi's mouth was left hanging as he gazed at Xu Feng. 

"And doing jumping jacks? This is a joke, right?" 

Initially, he thought the preparation was going to revolve around some secret technique or method that was unknown to the public. 

However, his expectation was shattered thoroughly when Xu Feng wanted him to do some jumping jacks.

Who doesn't know jumping jacks if they were to exercise or go to any gyms? 

Meanwhile, Xu Feng kept a solemn expression, ignoring his complaint and reluctant expression.

"Didn't we agree that you won't disobey my words regarding the training? Although this is for preparation, you must listen to my instructions." He reminded Ning Yi sternly.
