บท 3: An Avenger Returns
"Breaking news... Breaking news... the infamous bear canal case has seen the final verdict from the judges. The main culprit of this case names Ahn has been given three years of imprisonment which will mostly go into his mental health treatment under custody and five years of probation."
The unprecedent and infamous case of the deaths of Yoo Hakyoung, Yoo Dalho and Yoo Dalsu which shocked the entire South Korea has finally got the verdict for the case.
The culprit who was behind these deaths Ahn Junpyo finally received the sentence which after much consideration came into light.
The public, media and the presiding judges heard all the things that Junpyo underwent by the hands of the men of Yoo family.
They all found that Junpyo was the actual victim rather than culprit and all of his actions were solely driven by his mental unstablity mixed with his sense of justice.
And the one who presented it all to get this verdict for Junpyo was the stat lawyer of the country Seok Jieun.
And like every case, after the verdict Junpyo was taken into the police custody after which he will be transported into the mental health treatment centre.
Inside the court, Yoo Dalhi, Seok Jieun and Mr and Mrs Ahn were very happy after hearing this verdict of Junpyo.
This verdict is something which mostly worked in the favor of Junpyo as he will not be sentenced prison and if he recovers very quickly in his mental treatment then he will be released from the sentence before the three years period of time.
Soon the police officers took Junpyo into the Seoul Central Prison to register him and after that they took him straight to the mental health centre.
For one year and nine months Junpyo underwent for mental health treatment at the centre in between which the prosecution tried two to three times for reappeal against the given verdict at the first hearing.
But they all were denied and the prosecution finally admitted defeat as the only family member of the dead declined to participate in any of the prosecution's efforts.
So finally after that period of One Year and Nine Months Junpyo after getting his mental stability back got discharged from the mental health centre.
After that the prison guards took Junpyo to the Seoul Central Prison to meet the warden there who will release him from his prison sentence.
Soon Junpyo arrived at the warden office in the prison where the nameplate displayed the name of the warden, "Cha Sukyoung" and on the respective chair of the warden, a very beautiful yet domineering mature woman is sitting who has a calmness on her beautiful face while exuding the charm of a sexy woman as she held a cup of coffee in her hand and takes a sip of coffee from it and being in her uniform her beautiful body especially her curves are more visible.
Prison Guard: "Warden Cha we have brought Ahn Junpyo to you."
Warden Cha: "Good work. You can leave us alone now."
Prison Guard: "Yes Ma'am."
After the prison guard left the room, Warden Cha looked at Junpyo and told him to a seat on the couch which he does and she also came sat on a sofa near him.
Warden Cha: "Ahn Junpyo, I have read all your case, your circumstances mentioned in those files and also monitored your behavior in that last one year and nine months of mental treatment. You see you are in the age where young people like you have forgotten about morals and justice as they plunged into the world of adults and work. But you are an exception who has a very strong sense of justice. If there was anyone else other than you in the same circumstances that you have faced then he would have committed su*cide by now. But you remained very strong and delivered that justice. For that I am really proud of. But as everyone says you have done all of that in state where you had no sense of what you have done. So I just wish on this day of your release that you should behave and live like normal person now. You should serve your five years of probation diligently at the community center. Do you understand ?"
All the things that Cha Sukyoung told him, Junpyo listened everything silently and to answer her question he just nodded his head and after finding her answer, Warden Cha brought the release papers to Junpyo and then she took his signs on the papers and released him from the prison.
When Junpyo came out of the prison he saw a black vintage car is standing in front of prison and his friend glasses is sitting on the driver's seat and then he heard...
Dali: "Pyo... Pyo..."
Yoo Dali called his name loudly as she ran towards him and immediately after reaching in front of him, she hugged him tightly with tears of happiness flowing out of her eyes and Junpyo also hugged her back.
While hugging Dali, Junpyo also saw his mother Sunyoung and his father have also came to take him back to their home while holding some tofu in his hand.
Dali: "Pyo you don't know how I have struggled in this past one year and nine months to live without you. Now that you have come out just stay with us and live a happy life."
Junpyo heard everything that Dali said but he knew Dali better than Dali knows herself so he knew how hard or good it was for her to live without him.
But when he looked at his mother, he saw clear signs of guilt and forgiveness seeking in her eyes which he has seen before and the same signs he also saw in the eyes of his father as well.
Seeing his parents like this Junpyo just gave them a smile which calmed both of them and then he got separated from the embrace of Dali and then they all got in the car of Dali and went straight to their home.
Except for Dali everyone is silent in the car as the parents are just savoring the moment of their son's return.
Soon they all arrived at Dali's home where Park Dajung has prepared a good mean for everyone to eat.
And Park Dajung saw Junpyo standing in front of her, she became really happy hugged him tightly as she remembered how Junpyo had saved her from the clutches of Yoo Dalho.
This irked Dali a little but then she has already set everyone woman who have very close relation with Junpyo in line after her as established herself the ruler among those women.
They all soon sat together and ate the mean which Park Dajung has prepared and while having this meal, Junpyo remembered the time when he last had a meal with his father and mother.
After having that feeling meal together, Junpyo went to his room downstairs in his actual home and slept there as he wanted to rest well before starting his work at community center.
The next day...
Junpyo got ready to begin his probation work at the community center and for that Dali also got ready to accompany to the community center.
After getting ready Junpyo came out of his room and then out of his home to the street where Dali is waiting for him in her car and seeing him she opened the door and welcomed him inside the car.
Junpyo went inside and sat down in the car and with the instruction from Dali, Glasses begin to drive the car towards the community center.
Dali: "Pyo I will also stay with you at the community center to help with your work there."
Junpyo: "There is no need for that Dali. It's my work and I have to do it myself. This is something that I given chance to use as a means to reflect on myself and I will do it rightfully."
Hearing these words of Junpyo, Dali wanted to protest against it but seeing his determination she didn't said anything much.
The remaining time until reaching at the community center both of them remained silent and after reaching at the community center both of them got out of the car and moved inside the community center.
After reaching inside the person in charge of the community center handled every official paperwork for Junpyo to begin his work there.
After the completion of the paperwork, Junpyo begin his official probation working period at the community center by helping out the needy and eldery people.
