Yang Yi was seriously contemplating whether or not to enter the maximum-security prison area.

Prison is, of course, still prison, it's just divided into two sections, Area A and Area B. Yang Yi was in Area A, and he could only interact with the people in Area A. If Zhang Yong was in Area B, then he would obviously have to go to Area B to find him.

He still needed to figure out the differences in treatment between minor and major offenders.

"Chris, can you tell me the difference between major and minor offenders? Apart from a higher level of supervision, are there any other differences?"

"Yes, major offenders are not allowed to participate in any work, whereas minor offenders can work if they behave well, like cooking, tending to the prison's vegetable garden, fixing the lawn, washing clothes, and all sorts of miscellaneous tasks."

"So, getting to work is a benefit for minor offenders?"

"Of course, during work, time seems to pass a bit faster."
