I tossed and turned in bed until I felt Lord Niko's power push through my mind and I retorted even before he spoke " How much trouble have you caused in Elisera ?"

" Shut your mouth, brat. What did you do? " I heard Mother's voice penetrate through.

" Ma? Lord Niko what the fuck did you do?" I roared.

" I was welcomed by your sister Dusilla. She is nice and the room she allocated me is yours. Your scent is all over" Lord Niko spoke up.

" Cedric, explain yourself. "Ma's voice pushed through.

" Lord Niko is a rogue. " I crushed and muttered.

" A rogue that you let imprint on you and feed on your blood" Ma demanded.

" Ma '' I was so embarrassed that I had no other words.

" Cedric is our mate," Lord Niko declared.

" Shut up " I seethed and heard Ma's loud laughter ring through.

" He is a handful" Lord Niko pushed the words through.
