บท 96: 96: In the Almira

"Did you find it? Did you find the headpiece that the emperor gave to me?"

Concubine Chika asked in a desperate voice once it was late at night. 

She did not want to keep her servants searching but could not call off the search without justified reasons.

At this time, she could only hope that she would be able to find her headpiece.

"I am sorry, Concubine Chika. We looked everywhere, but we were unable to find that headpiece. We might have to search our complex to find it now."

The officer that was called for the search looked troubled as well.

He was someone whose family supported Concubine Chika. So, to see her in trouble was something that the officer wanted to avoid.

The concubine bit her lip in agitation when she realised she could do nothing about this situation.
