บท 237: Cool Sensation

Bel felt a cool sensation against her body, prompting her to scoot closer to absorb some of it. Her body was excruciatingly hot, and the pain in her chest was intensifying. She squirmed in discomfort as she inched nearer, wincing slightly with every movement.

The cool surface suddenly moved, and Bel's eyes flew open. She came face to face with Davien, who was waking up. One of his arms was on her waist while the other was under her head. 

"Davien!" she yelled in shock and froze just as Davien's eyes flew open in horror and then relief at the realization.

"You can speak," he said, raising his upper body. He looked like he wanted to grab her in his arms but stopped himself. Instead, he got off the bed. "I will be right back." He rushed out of the room, leaving her lying there.
