Sullivan looked up, nodding thoughtfully. "I will send a message to the King shortly," he replied. The priority on his mind was advising his father to activate the spy network. While there was no immediate threat from neighboring kingdoms, Sullivan knew the future was unpredictable, and they needed to be vigilant.

"I understand," Collen acknowledged. "As per your orders, we have halted all trade across the border. Additionally, the merchant you mentioned has been identified and apprehended. However, he remains uncooperative and refuses to speak."
