Mira flicked the blood off her blade with a quick motion and sheathed it.

She let out a small breath as the battlefield returned to an eerie silence…

Until it was no longer silent…

Clap! Clap! Clap!

She heard Alex clapping and then his subsequent question, with a hint of clear curiosity and amusement in his tone.

Mira brushed a strand of hair aside from her face, her expression remaining unphased as she glanced at Red Demon commander's corpse from the corner of her eye.

"Ahhh, that was satisfying."

She let out a relieved sigh and smiled, but Alex still pressed her.

"You didn't answer my question."

This time Mira peeked at Alex from the corner of her eye.

"That? First time I've tested it."

Alex raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued.

"First time? You really are just full of surprises, aren't you?"

Mira shrugged and shifted her gaze upward, ignoring Alex's teasing.
