Although the prior fight had even more with just twenty wolfs, Nyx explained that this was actually a guard force on their way to serve a young master. Else, there would be no way that so many late stage wolfs would be in such a small pack, especially the case of one pack leader leading them all even though he wasn't much stronger was weird.

Regardless, they were able to kill most of the previous pack with barely any preparation by Nyx, naturally it wouldn't be too difficult to kill this pack of fifty wolfs, and from the size as well as the distribution of strength, it was very likely a group of random wolfs gathered from nearby farms to reinforce the frontline.
