บท 52: The Cooking Show

Terim had already removed the various wires attached to his body and could move around easily. He wanted to protest that he could stand and watch, but under Rion's not-so-intimidating glare, he reluctantly ended up back in the wheelchair. Terim then adjusted the height of his chair to be at the same level as the shelf Rion was about to work on.

Ren sorted out all the materials. Even though the kitchen had likely been cleaned earlier, he still took a clean cloth to wipe down the counter properly.

"Hey, Rion. Mind if I record this?" Terim asked. He knew that chefs often kept their recipes secret, but it was clear that Dorion had no intention of hiding anything from him. He wanted to record it as their first memory of cooking together, even though he had no idea how to help Rion with anything.

Why would Ren say no? He never thought about things as deeply as Terim. To him, it was just cooking; who cared if someone watched or not.
