บท 76: (A) Fact Checks Against Heaven(1)
After a night with no real interruptions, morning came and after breakfast with everyone getting ready for the court hearing with heaven.
"Are you two ready to go?" Alfred asked as he came to check up on the two, while ignoring the clear smell of sex in the air after the fun they had with each other last night.
"Yep! All cleaned up and dressed for success! Now cmon guys! Let's go prove our case!" Charlie said taking the lead and heading out with Vaggie and Alfred following behind.
"Charlie! Over here!" When they reached the Lobby, Emily was waiting for them as she was going to guide them personally towards the Heavenly CourtRoom.
Both her and Charlie got along rather well, and even for Alfred who personally had a deep distain for Angels didn't outright hate her for who she was.
'But I got a job to do.' He thought to himself as he held a black book in his hand as he overlooked all the names that were listed upon it.
It didn't take long for them to reach the courtroom, there were all of the Seraphim of Heaven, Archangels along with a few others, though three faces she saw were new but seemed oddly…. Familiar.
Charlie wanted to ask Vaggie who they were but decided to wait as she felt the atmosphere getting tense but Alfred just tapped her arm.
"Leave the hard work to me, unless they call upon you to say anything then I shall do the talking instead." He said to which she nodded in agreement as he was crucial to possibly achieving her goal.
Soon they took their seats on the opposite end of the courtroom before two more came in and when Charlie saw them she groaned out, "Oh no, why is it those two?"
"Sup ladies, I see you went around me and decided to call up my boss, thats a real hit in the dick." Adam said before Sera coughed in her hand.
"We have gathered here today to listen Charlie Morningstar and Company to see if a sinner who was sent to hell could possibly be redeemed and brought out of hell and into heaven proper." Sera said which Charlie, Vaggie and Alfred nodded.
"This court hearing will be proceeding will be overwatched by me as the acting Judge of this case, My Younger Sister Emily, The council of Seraphim along with three other rather important figure here in Heaven." She said before one of the three archangels stood up.
"I am ArchAngel Micheal, Protector of Heaven, and let me make this clear, I am completely against this whole redemption plan of yours as never in human history has anyone who has Sin'd been redeemed from their Sins, so you better do your damndest to change my mind." He said with a stern look in his eyes before sitting down.
The next didn't stand up as he seemed to lazy to do so, "I'm Gabriel, you could consider the three of us your uncles on your dad side, and I don't have an opinion on this matter as of right now." He said before laying his head down on the desk the three were sitting at.
"And I am Uriel, I would say it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance my Niece, however your Father Figure recently injured me when I was down on earth so I don't have a very good opinion on hell at the moment." He said before leaning his head on his fist while looking down on them sternly, making Charlie tense but Vaggie grabbed her hand to keep her calm.
"With that Said you already know of Adam as he is the one who interacts with Hell the most along with his second in command Lute, and lastly we have Able to keep track of everything said here in this courtroom." Sera said which surprised Charlie with the last part as she looked at the black haired man with glasses who was typing away everything that was said on a laptop.
'That's Able?' Charlie thought surprised at being able to meet her Papa Cain's brother who was now technically her uncle.
He looked up at her and gently smiled, a smile that felt as if it could smooth one's soul at the sight of it alone, after all he was the first human to ever become an Angel and was known to all in heaven as 'Heaven's Favored Son' just as where Cain is know to a select few as 'Hells Favored Son'

"Mrs. Morningstar, you and your friends may begin to make your case." Sera said as Alfred stood up and went around the table to take the lead of this case.
"Thank you Mrs. Sera, allow me to introduce myself to the court, My name is Alfred Kaizer, a Imp of many talents and one of said talents is a professional lawyer, now then a question for you Adam, is everything on this list of things a Sinner shouldn't have done when alive still the same or should this list be updated?" Alfred asked as he pulled out the copy of the list of things Adam said needed to not have happened in a humans life and what they needed to be free from doing and show that they have changed for the better.
"Well yeah, I got nothing to add to that shit." Adam said keeping it simple and to the point.
"Then you don't mind me listing out all the things on this do you?" Alfred asked to which Adam waved his hand in a shooing motion meaning he didn't care.
"For the court the doesn't have a full list of things one shouldn't have done in their life to have a chance to be redeemed up here in heaven, let's start with 1 of 3." Alfred said as he began to pace around the open courtroom, as bits of ash marked the paths he walked on the pure white floor.
"One, When alive a person should never have done the following, Murder, Rape, Robbery, Human Trafficing, Devil Worship, Pedophillia, Adultry, Assult, Grand Theft Auto, and Arson." He said before raising two fingers.
"Two, A Sinner can neither own another's soul nor have their soul owned by another as Angels can't own nor own another's soul." He then held up three fingers.
"And Three, if both one or two are met then they need to show that they have gone out of their way to improve and change themselves for the better and show that they can truly be good people, even in a place like hell." He said before stopping and putting the list back on the table that Charlie and Vaggie were sitting at.
"Yeah, that sounds about right, but is this going somewhere or what?" Adam said sounding bored with the current situation.
"I was getting to that, speaking of the first part in that deal you made, I would like to ask the court that they would never allow someone that had done such horrible things to another person into heaven, and the same could be said that Heaven would never purposely sentence innocent people to hell correct?" He said looking towards the Seraphim who muttered between each other while nodding as one stood up, one whose head was made from spinning wheels that were on fire and covered in eyes.
"Of course, anyone who is guilty of such heinous acts would never get into heaven and innocent people would never be sent into hell." He said for all of them as they nodded while Alfred noticed Sera, Micheal, Gabriel and Urial didn't nod in agreement with Sera feeling particularly guilty with the look she had on her face.
"I see, and you definitely wouldn't let an Adulterer or a Pedophille into heaven right?" He said as he pulled out a black book from within his vest before opening it as it began to flip the pages on its own.
"Of course we wouldn't! Those people belong down in hell where they belong!" Adam said slamming his fist on the table as out of everyone here he hated cheating more than anything due to his past and being cheated on by his first wife Lillith as even when Eve was made he still considered Lillith his wife along with Eve until she was sent to hell along with Lucifer.
"Of course, they should indeed be down their, however there are some people who should be down in hell never appeared down there, and I'm about to start off with the first one as they are related to one of our first redeemers at the Hotel." He said before snapping his hands as an Orb appeared and revealed Mayberry to the rest of the Audience.
It was time to really get this court hearing started.
