บท 20: A New Beginning
It was already the next day. In the market center many villagers were gathered here many of them came here today with their children next to them.
They were all looking at the stage where Kyoshi and the other elders were going to give a speech in the next five minutes.
When they saw Kyoshi coming up on the stage all the villagers started chanting " long live the chief,long live village" together in unison.
After a few more minutes of chanting they stopped so that Kyoshi could give his speech.
- Fellow villagers that are gathered here today. I have some very important matters about the village that I have to tell you.
First let us pray for elder Hiroshi who has passed away this month.
All the people closed their eyes and prayed for a minute. After that Kyoshi told Hiroshis son to the stage and asked him to tell about Kyoshis contribution to the village after the speech about Kyoshi was over.
They moved in to the next subject.
- And now about the recruitment that we had talked about last year. I am happy to announce that today at this time there are more than 100 people that have applied their names for the requirement.
These are the villages proud son that are going to make this village powerful. And I can't help but express enough gratitude for them.
After the speech the villagers again cheers up and praised the village.
- And now for the last thing that I am going to tell you is for those people that weren't eligible for the requirement but want to help the village grow.
We are going to offer a new job for you all. We have a new type of vegetable seed that we need to farm but we are short of the manpower that we need.
So,I am taking recruits for this as well.The conditions for this will be given by the elders.
After Kyoshi got off the stage the elders came up the stage and said their parts just like the previous time.
After all the matters were over all the elders as well as the people took their leave.
In Kyoshis office as he basking in the afternoon sun. Fushizawa came i,Kyoshi asked fushizawa how he was feeling he told Kyoshi that he was feeling a severe headache but also there was some kind of information in his mind that he could not figure it out.
Because of the headache Kyoshi asked if he could remember what kind of memory was it. Fushizawa told him that there was some kind of training thaf they were doing in his mind.
Kyoshi asked fushizawa to take rest until evening and warned him again to not tell anyone about this.
After fushizawa took his leave Kyoshi also got up to see how the newly made training ground was for the recruits.

After coming back from checking all of the facilities Kyoshi came back and started to re check all the papers again.
The next day
In the morning fushizawa was here to meet him again.Kyoahi asked him how the memory thing was going.
Fushizawa replied that the headache was gone and the memory also became clearer.
Kyoshi then asked again to clarify what kind of memory it was fushizawa said it was some kind of training method.
After conversing with him for a few more minutes Kyoshi told fushizawa to practice the methods in his memory until the recruits arrive.
After fushizawa left hearing all that Kyoshi again took two guards and left to hunt again.
For the coming week all Kyoshi did was just going to hunt and to check on fushizawas training.
On a seemingly normal day as Kyoshi was checking his system trying to come up with something new that could be of use. Just from this week of hunting he has additional 20 souls that he could spend.
