Jiang Yuan, leading a group of more than thirty people, arrived at the Zoumadao Police Station and within just a few days, had delivered dozens of talents to the detention center.
The main reason was that the operating patterns of various units were similar and, over the years, had almost solidified into a fixed method of defrauding money. As soon as one problem was grasped, it could lead to a whole string of them.
Among them, there was a fugitive who had once been imprisoned for three years due to economic crimes. During his incarceration, he honed his skills on a sewing machine, but when he committed another crime, he escaped. This time he was caught again, and with the two cases combined, he was looking at upwards of 10 years in jail. It was estimated he would be able to develop a foundation-level mastery of the sewing machine.
The other cases' participants seemed pale by comparison, with very few being able to be sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment.
