Chris emerged from the black portal and found himself in a clearing in the forest, with a clear view of the mountain. He noticed Tom opposite him, taking off his coat and tossing it into a small portal he had created, before rolling up his sleeves.

"Now that we're alone in these woods, why don't we go all out? Because I certainly am. What about you?" Tom said, creating two shadowy swords and his eyes turning purple with a smirk on his face.

Chris laughed and replied, "Hahaha, I've been eager to unleash my powers for a long time. Are you ready?" He then transformed into his Firestorm mode. Veins all over his body turned orange and red, and his hands ignited in orange magma and red flames. His eyes and hair were on fire, like striking flames.

They locked eyes, preparing for an epic battle as the blade swept towards Chris. He stepped in close to Tom's body, he started throwing punches left right, and uppercut. While he was doing that Tom was dodging credible ease when he found an opening he took it. He swings his sword with a left slash across Chris's chest. Chris took a step back but he didn't have enough time when Tom started swinging his swords, Chris had enough time to point his arm forward blocking Tom's attack.

Chris feels his arm getting cut, and is getting angrier that he starts to turn up the temperature Tom notices it but he doesn't have enough time to dodge. Chris yelled throwing his arms forward flames erupted in his hand and engulfed Tom. The flame reached 5 miles when it reached the end it exploded taking down half the woods.

"How how do you like that man huh" Chris said taking a long breath when he activated his heatwave he noticed he was right behind him, and he didn't have enough time when his shadow came off the ground engulfing his hand and taking him in his knees.

"That was impressive I didn't know you had that power in you" Tom walked around facing him and Chris noticed his face was 30 degrees burned and his clothes were burned too.

"What do know I don't know what changed but did you get hotter man" Chris chuckled knowing he was the cause of that.

Tom chuckled too while forming a shadowing dagger "Yeah let's see we can make you more handsome, huh my friend" with his purple eyes getting darker. That he stabbed Chris in the stomach making him yell in pain. That he left that dagger there. Then grabbed Chris's back hair and looked him straight in the eye while saying "This is going to be so much fun". He started punching Chris in the face five times.

BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM!!!!

When he was done punching he grabbed Chris's face saying "What happened Chris I thought this was going to be a challenge" punching him in the face again "ALL THAT POWER YOU'RE STILL NOTHING". When he was about to punch him again he heard a mumbling from chris with his face down "What was that".

Chris looks up straight into Tom's eyes telling him "Not even close". When heat vision came out of his eyes straight towards Tom's chest pushing him 8 feet away from Chris.

"AHHHH" When Tom hits the ground he can feel his chest burning. He tried to get up and when he did he looked towards Chris breaking his shadow shackle. Toms powered all the shadow around him engulfing Chris "Oh no you don't your not going anywhere". All that shadow engulfed Chris he closed his hands into his fists slowly while crushing Chris "I call this the empty no one can escape from this not even you flame head. I enjoyed our little fight I thought it was going to be a little longer, but you're just a disappointment with all that power you can't finish the fight. So long Christopher Ford". As the ball of shadow slowly gets smaller each second.

Chris Pov

"AHH, I can barely breathe. I can't feel anything....is.....this how....I'm going to...die....is this how you...feel to.....d...i....e....." When Chris finally closed his eyes he didn't feel his body breaking each second. That was when with his last breath he heard something deep in his mind that he hadn't heard long time since he was a child.

"It's okay sweety. Just let go, let go my little Inferno." A soft and peaceful voice

"You have the power to change the world so show them who you are" A dark and kind voice.

"Let go"

"LLEETT GGOO!!!!" Two powerful voices encouraging

When Chris heard the voices his eyes shot right up with his eyes shined brighter than ever before. With a mighty roar of a power that never before his whole body shined brighter pushing the shadow around him to explode.

No Pove

When Tom's power was starting to get pushed away he used all his might to control right back, but his shadow ball exploded, and heard a mighty roar pushing him to the ground.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

When Tom looked up he saw a flaming tornado reaching the heavens itself but what shocked him the most was what was sucking toward the tornado no trees, sand, or even himself. He saw trees and grass around the flaming tornado die but not burn. What he saw as something incredible and scary at the same time was energy getting sucked the life force right out of them and watching them die.

When the flaming tornado was finished. What he saw in the center of all things was Chris standing there around him was the energy of what was left of the tree and grass. That he was absorbing all that energy into his body closing up all his wounds and fixing his bones in the right place.

"Round two," Chris said with a smirk on his face.

Tom looked at Chris with excitement in his eyes he saw a shadow next to him so he absorbed it to heal his wounds and said "Round Two because You can't lock up the DARKNESS" his eyes turned purple again and a demon voice.

Chris's eyes turned brighter orange and red "Will see".

They both pushed forward when their fist collided it made a shockwave.
