บท 256: Not My Grace

He peered down at Belinda with a condescending sneer. "You want to know why I'm looking for Grace? Fine, I'll tell you." 

"Grace is the woman that has caught my fancy and I'm here to spend some time with her.  Are you satisfied?"

Belinda's breath hitched, the revelation cutting her deeply.

Maybe out of maternal instinct, she seemed to have forgotten the danger she as in and couldn't stop herself from yelling,

"You don't care for her. You're just another man exploiting her…"

"Exploiting?" Trent interrupted, his voice dripping with mockery. "And why would I exploit her when I can get anything I want with my wealth?"

Belinda's hands shook as she fought to maintain her composure. Each word from Trent felt like a dagger twisting in her chest.
