บท 188: Envy Of All Married People

Before she could come up with her usual excuse, a command sounded behind her.

"Disobedience will not be tolerated in this household."

Grace's shock was not just because of the voice she suddenly heard behind her, but the implication of what he said.

Was he also in on it? How can he agree to a mere nanny calling his wife by her name?

"Mr Brandon, good evening sir," Grace greeted the man who just walked over to sit beside his wife.

It was not until he had wrapped a hand over his wife's shoulder that Richard responded to Grace's greeting.

"Good evening Grace. Now tell me why you insist on going against my wife's orders?" Richard demanded.

He knew his wife had taken a liking to the nanny and that might be the reason she made such a request. 

Although he didn't understand why, one thing remains that nobody is allowed to disobey his wife. Whatever his wife wants, it is his duty to make it happen, no matter who was involved.
