[Passive Skill: If You Can't Beat Them, Join Them]

Skill Description: While this skill is active, if you are in an opposing faction and lose, you will automatically join the enemy faction without any threat to your life, and your loyalty will be at 70%.

Conversely, if the enemy loses, they will automatically join your faction, also without any threat to their life, with a 70% loyalty level.

Note: This passive skill is only applicable in 1v1 duel scenarios and does not work in other situations.

Skill Duration: 30 days

Message: "Well, if you can't beat them, join them. It could be you, or it could be your enemy. But, I believe in you."

After taking a glance at the new passive skill that refreshed this month, Kyomu felt a surge of joy in his heart. Finally, he could experience the treatment of a Japanese protagonist.

As long as he could defeat the opponent, and throw in some persuasive talk, he (or she) could be brought back to the right path and join his side to serve him.

In a word, satisfying!

When Kyomu obtained Madara's Rinnegan, he had been pondering how to maximize its potential. However, due to the unique properties of the Rinnegan, even if it were transplanted to another Uchiha with the same talent as Madara, the ultimate ocular jutsu, Limbo: Border Jail, could still not be used unless it was Madara himself.

The strength of this ocular jutsu needs no further explanation. When used, it allows the user to create four 'shadows' that possess 100% of the user's strength and can be freely manipulated and moved.

This essentially turns one person into five, with equal power, almost increasing the user's combat effectiveness by five times.

Although the existence of the four shadows is limited in time, and those with Rinnegan can perceive them, the drawbacks are negligible compared to the advantages. Madara was already incredibly powerful, and this jutsu amplified his power fourfold, bordering on the absurd.

"Limbo: Border Jail, it's really useful!" Kyomu thought to himself, looking up at the brothers, Hagoromo and Hamura. "Do you have any other matters?"

Hagoromo shook his head, his body gradually fading. His brother, Hamura, took one last deep look at Kyomu before following suit and leaving.

After the two left, Kyomu lowered his guard and descended from mid-air.

"Ichikishimahime, I need to head back for a while."

Kyomu informed Ichikishimahime, who had just returned to her normal state, as he prepared to leave Ryūchi Cave using the Reverse Summoning Technique.

"Huh? Oh!" Ichikishimahime snapped out of it, "Did something happen just now? I feel like something's off."

When Hagoromo came to Ryūchi Cave to find Kyomu, he shielded the surroundings, including Ichikishimahime.

This wasn't freezing time, but rather controlling Ichikishimahime's consciousness, causing her to temporarily enter a state of confusion, automatically ignoring some things happening around her.

So, Ichikishimahime was somewhat bewildered.

Kyomu looked at Ichikishimahime's confused expression, smiled, and couldn't help but step forward to pinch her cheek.

"There's nothing else, so just relax." Releasing his hand, Kyomu waved his arm and turned into a puff of smoke, disappearing from the spot.

"Does he really think I'm a kid?" After Kyomu left, Ichikishimahime pouted, "If you don't want to tell me, fine. I'll just ask the White Snake Sage."

Ichikishimahime turned and left the cave, heading straight for the White Snake Sage's dwelling.

...

The scene shifts.

In the palace hall where Kyomu resided, located in the capital of the Land of Dragons.

With a puff of white smoke, Kyomu emerged from it. Looking around, he found that no one was present.

"Your Majesty, you've returned."

A court lady, who was cleaning the hall, noticed Kyomu and greeted him with surprise and respect.

Kyomu stood tall with his hands behind his back, nodding slightly to indicate the court lady should not make a fuss.

Although he had claimed to return because of an urgent matter, thus interrupting his Sage training at Ryūchi Cave, now that he was back, Kyomu naturally wouldn't miss the chance to surprise Yugito and Mei.

Suddenly, chakra surged within Kyomu's body, and he vanished, reappearing seamlessly on a hill a kilometer away.

At this point, Kyomu's space-time ninjutsu had become so refined that he could use it at will. Even if he couldn't teleport instantly to any location in the Shinobi World, a one-kilometer teleportation was already more than enough.

Crouching down, Kyomu picked some beautiful flowers from the hill. Soon, he had gathered two bouquets, which he knew Yugito and Mei would definitely like.

After smelling the flowers, Kyomu couldn't help but smile, disappearing once more.

In sync, Kyomu reappeared in the palace hall, where the same court lady, still startled, watched as Kyomu, holding two bouquets of flowers, turned and walked toward the rear palace.

"His Majesty's strength… it seems to have increased a lot again," the court lady murmured to herself.

Kyomu's strength had never stagnated, especially in the past six months, when he focused on replenishing the 'Yang' nature energy in his body. He had even used gold coins to redeem the previously refreshed passive skill, Heaven Rewards the Diligent.

Heaven Rewards the Diligent was a very powerful passive skill, and Kyomu had already experienced its benefits when it first refreshed.

At that time, his talent and body were in poor condition. Without this skill, he wouldn't have been able to arm wrestle with a young Kakashi.

Moreover, this passive skill was comprehensive. While Kyomu was training in Sage Arts, his other abilities could also steadily improve under the influence of this passive skill.

In this way, Kyomu didn't fall behind in other aspects of his training while replenishing the nature energy in his body.

After navigating through several corridors, Kyomu entered his chamber.

"Your Majesty!"

The two women, who were drinking tea and chatting, immediately looked up, their eyes filling with tears as they rushed toward Kyomu from both sides.

Opening his arms, Kyomu embraced the two women, inhaling their unique but distinct scents, feeling somewhat intoxicated.

After holding them tightly for a while, the two women finally looked up at Kyomu's chin, unwilling to blink.

"These are for you."

Kyomu released them and handed them the two bouquets. "I didn't have time to prepare anything else, but I hope you like them."

"Love them!" Yugito quickly grabbed one of the bouquets from Kyomu. "No matter what you give me, I love it!"

"Me too," Mei echoed.

Since their grand wedding, Kyomu, Yugito, and Mei had spent many intimate nights together. While the two women still had their disputes, they no longer clashed head-on and could now sit together and talk.

Having bared all to each other, the past grievances had lost their significance.

With her watery eyes, Yugito took Kyomu's hand and placed it on her cheek, her face already flushed.

Mei's condition was similar to Yugito's. After a brief separation, their desire for intimacy was something Kyomu was all too familiar with.

As Kyomu's fingers gently stroked Yugito's cheek, with his other arm around Mei's shoulder, he shook his head. "I came back because I have urgent matters to attend to. Once I'm done, I'll spend some quality time with you both."

Visibly disappointed, Yugito and Mei both sighed. "Really… What could be so urgent that you leave us just after coming back?"

"It's about Madara."

"Madara?" Mei raised an eyebrow. "But isn't he already dead? And his Rinnegan is in your hands."

"That's true, but I plan to revive him," Kyomu said, not hiding anything from them.

Yugito's eyes widened in confusion. "Revive Madara? What for? Isn't that just asking for trouble?"

Kyomu patiently explained, "Madara is a typical Uchiha. His personality is what it is, but if he aligns with me, he'd be an invaluable asset.

As for causing trouble, it might be troublesome at first when he's revived, but once I handle it, he'll choose to stand by my side."

Yugito nodded, fully convinced by Kyomu's explanation. In her view, if Kyomu said he could do something, he would undoubtedly succeed.

Madara, after all, was just another person, and no one could compare to Kyomu.

"Once I've dealt with this, I'll come back to spend time with you both."

Kyomu waved goodbye as he turned to leave.

Yugito and Mei watched him with longing in their eyes, wanting to stop him, but in the end, they refrained.

Leaving the palace, Kyomu headed straight to Ryūhō Village. It was only a short walk, so Kyomu didn't use his space-time ninjutsu but instead flew using the Dance of the Sky technique.

"Your Majesty."

Upon arriving at the base, the Anbu ninja on duty recognized Kyomu and immediately bowed in greeting.

Kyomu nodded in acknowledgment and proceeded into the Anbu base, winding his way through the corridors until he entered the laboratory.

"Kyomu!"

Tsunade called out in surprise, standing up to greet him. "Did you finish your training at Ryūchi Cave?"

"Not yet," Kyomu shook his head and gave Tsunade a light hug before quickly stepping back. "I returned temporarily because something came up."

"Just returned?" Tsunade's nose twitched as she picked up the faint scent lingering on Kyomu. "You sure you didn't come back yesterday or the day before?"

"I really just got back."

Tsunade nodded but didn't press the issue. Instead, she turned the conversation to why he was there. "So, why aren't you relaxing in your palace? What brings you here?"

"Is Madara's Rinnegan still here?" Kyomu got straight to the point.

"Madara's Rinnegan?" Tsunade glanced at Kyomu, not questioning him further. She walked over to her desk, crouched down, and opened a secure safe. From within, she retrieved the carefully preserved Rinnegan and handed it to him.

"What do you plan to do with them? Don't tell me you're thinking of..."

"I have no interest in transplanting someone else's eyes." Kyomu shook his head. "I intend to use these eyes to revive Madara."

"Revive Madara?" Tsunade's reaction was similar to Yugito's, though possibly even more intense. "Kyomu, why on earth would you want to revive Madara? Do you think things are too easy right now?"

"I have my reasons," Kyomu replied, not elaborating. "No matter what happens, I can handle it."

Tsunade was at a loss for words. She trusted Kyomu deeply, but she couldn't understand his motives.

"Well, you are the Emperor of the Land of Dragons. You make the decisions." Tsunade shrugged. "Is there anything you need me to do?"

"Sis, I need you to prepare an enhanced White Zetsu spore clone and transplant these Rinnegan into its eye sockets."

"A White Zetsu spore clone… that should be possible." Tsunade nodded. "Wait here; I'll have someone prepare it."

She gestured to an Anbu ninja standing by, then picked up a blank document from her desk. She quickly scribbled a few lines, stamped it with her seal, and handed it to the ninja.

The Anbu ninja took the document and left, returning shortly with White Zetsu, Kabuto, and an enhanced White Zetsu spore clone.

"Your Majesty."

White Zetsu, his clone, and Kabuto all greeted Kyomu.

"No need for formalities. White Zetsu, let me ask you—if you use the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique through your spore clone, will it kill you?"

"Uh… well…" White Zetsu hesitated, unsure. "I don't know if it will or won't, and I'm not even certain I can pull it off. After all, it's the Rinnegan we're talking about. I might not be able to do it."

"We can give it a try." Kyomu glanced at Tsunade, who understood immediately.

Taking the Rinnegan from Kyomu, Tsunade gestured for White Zetsu, his spore clone, and Kabuto to follow her. "Come with me to the operating room."

Naturally, Kyomu didn't wait outside; he followed them into the operating room, curious about the process of transplanting the Rinnegan.

However, after watching for a few moments, Kyomu lost interest. The transplant process was straightforward: remove the spore clone's eyes, place the Rinnegan in the sockets, and use medical ninjutsu to help them heal.

At first glance, it didn't seem to require much skill, but the real challenge lay in the precise use of medical ninjutsu, which was where the true expertise came in.

Meanwhile, Kabuto, acting as Tsunade's assistant, injected various colored liquids into the spore clone with a syringe.

"Kabuto, what are those?"

"Your Majesty, these are Uchiha clan cell culture fluids, White Zetsu's concentrated culture fluid, and cells from Hashirama-sama."

With Kabuto's brief explanation, Kyomu understood. With these three types of injections, the spore clone would be significantly enhanced.

Of course, Kyomu was still a bit concerned. "Will this cause any problems?"

"Your Majesty, there shouldn't be any issues. I've carefully balanced the ratios of the three injections. In theory, this should allow the spore clone to adapt to the Rinnegan.

However, this state won't be stable and is likely to last only about a day before the spore clone experiences irreversible deterioration.

But in my opinion, a day's time should be sufficient."

Kyomu nodded. "Well done, Kabuto. You've really come into your own!"

"Thank you for your praise, Your Majesty." Kabuto's smile was hard to hide, his heart swelling with pride.

He had been praised by the Emperor!

At the same time, Tsunade finished her work, and the enhanced White Zetsu spore clone with the Rinnegan was ready.
