All the marines pointed their guns at Stein. They were under the brutal rule of Colonel Morgan for such a long, they looked dejected and ashamed doing so but they still raised their guns at Stein.

Stein stands still, bends forward, and moves his arms upwards at speeds which they can no longer be seen launching a rapid barrage of powerful high-speed punches at the Marines. The hits land so fast that, after a volley, they seemingly connect simultaneously.

However, due to the large amount of energy it uses, Stein cannot sustain it for long. The technique used more oxygen and energy, resulting in him being hungrier and causing him to pant heavily during use. After gear 2 wears off, Stein recovers quickly by replenishing his body's nutrients by eating a few of his protein bars.

The three of them, Zoro, Nami, and Koby couldn't believe what they just saw. Stein had brutally murdered thirteen Marines, including Colonel Morgan In a few seconds with just his fists. They were truly amazed at the powers of the devil fruit.

Inside Morgan's office, Stein was sitting using the now deceased Colonel Morgan's desk, where he installed the control panels for the Flying Island, and listening to the reports of his drones.
"Reporting Master Stein, Shells Town has been cleared of all Marine forces. We have also encountered one of the persons of interest that you wanted. They're standing outside your office at this moment, Master Stein."
"If there's nothing else, you need to report. You can let our guest inside."
As the drone left to get the new guest. Nami, Koby, Zoro, all three We're resting on a sofa in the corner of the office and have expressions "What is going on?"
"What's wrong with you guys?"
Stein asked looking at the three wondering what they were thinking.
Before he got a response from them. The door opened with a tall, slim woman with fair skin, and short, purple hair stylized in a bob cut walking inside. She also wore a pair of black-framed sunglasses smoking a cigarette.
She was wearing a red top hat with red goggles, a pair of red curled horns on the front, and a long and puffy white plume on the back. She has a red tie and her torso is barely covered, as she leaves her cropped red jacket with pink outlines open. She has red and white striped stockings under her red thigh-high boots. Her frilly red skirt is short on the front and long on the back. She also was carrying around a large flag with the Revolutionary Army's symbol on it.
"So, I hear you wanted to meet a revolution army representative. My name is Belo Betty and I'm the East Army Commander of the Revolutionary Army. What do you want with us? Because it seems that you already have everything already in control. By separating the island into the sky, you've made it almost impossible for anybody to interfere with any of your plans."
Said Belo Betty as she stood standing, still holding onto her flag.
"Hello, my name is Franken D. Stein, your everyday ordinary mad scientist and the man who will become the King of the Pirates. This island will be the first of many in my kingdom. What I want is a form of partnership with the Revolutionary Army. As I've taken over Shells Town, I wish for the revolutionary army to be its main force and first official base. In exchange, I want the Revolution Army to take all credit for what has happened here."
"I don't fully understand. Don't you want the fame and credit for doing all this? In redo, you'll become a legend in the world!"
"That's where lays the first problem. What do you think would happen, if it's declared that I can transform any territory into a flying island. I will become the number one enemy of the world government, where they will try to kill me at any chance they get."
"The Revolution Army will be OK with your deal. Where are you? Wanted by the world government anyways. But we do have a major problem, and that is how are we going to get any supplies or help while the island is still in the sky?"
The answer to that question is very simple, I will supply the Revolution Army with Warp Pads inside the town, out at sea and for you to installed in strategical spots of your choosing."
Stein then began to go further in on information about the Warp Pads and what they can do. The more Belo Betty heard of what they could do the more she became impressed by the invention. She knew that with these items, they will get one step further into freeing the people from the world government.
