"Yuta, ca…calm down." Not being able to take it anymore, someone said with difficulty, making Yuta come out of his daze and immediately stop his King's Engine.
"Sorry, I was just excited; that happens when I get like this," Yuta replied with a slightly subdued tone.
He hadn't originally planned on participating in this so-called hero heist. After all, he had other things to worry about, namely finding the real identity of another little girl.
But now, he would be kicking Overhaul's ass, quest or no quest. He would make sure he punched him to kingdom come.
Nighteye, who was sweating like the others due to the King's Engine's effect, nodded with slight hesitation and difficulty to Yuta's apology and continued, "We need to come up with a plan to take down Overhaul and his organization. But more importantly, we need to rescue Eri. She's the key to everything, and we can't leave her in Overhaul's hands any longer."
The heroes returned to the topic, but internally they were glancing at Yuta.
'These heartbeats were able to suppress more than 15 pro heroes. I am glad that he is on our side.'
'What the hell was that? I thought someone was holding me at gunpoint.'
'So this is Yuta… The boy who will be taking All Might's position. No wonder that old man retired; smart man.'
'Sigh, why do I always get the problem child?'
'He is quite a character, eh Toshinori. I finally understand why you stepped back. So much power in that tiny body, and if you're right, then a heroic spirit that rivals Young Midoriya…
But at the same time, lawless and not intending to take responsibility if Nighteye has anything to say. Guiding this young man might indeed be more important for you than acting as a hero.'
Many of the heroes here had never personally met Dynamic and wanted to. For Yuta to be here was a chance for them to meet him, but they still maintained their professional behavior and decided to talk with him after the meeting.
But this outburst brought the attention back to him. Yuta was famous, very famous, actually, because of what he was capable of doing.
Maybe he wouldn't have been so famous if All Might hadn't lost to the same villain Yuta killed just a few minutes ago. And then All Might went ahead and announced his retirement. Those events just hyped him up too much.
Maybe even Yuta himself didn't realize what kind of position he was in right now.
After that, each of them started to offer their thoughts and ideas on how best to approach the situation. Mirio suggested a coordinated strike on Shie Hassaikai's hideout, while Ryukyu emphasized the importance of gathering more intelligence before making any moves.
"What do you think, Dynamic?" Nighteye finally asked, actually waiting to bring Yuta into the conversation, along with Grand Torino.
Due to his conversation with Yuta, Nighteye now knew that Yuta wasn't interested in taking the Symbol of Peace position, which was an issue.
Though what Yuta was able to accomplish was a deterrent to the villains as long as he was a hero and stood on their side, that was only one side of the equation.
There should be someone to give confidence to the people as well. Right now, public support for Yuta was so high that they were already calling him the next All Might.
But that would decline with time, and after that, there would be no figure to hold the spotlight in the current generation.
Maybe Yuta's own generation, as both Grand Torino and Nighteye glanced over at Izuku and Mirio for a second. But they lacked something crucial.
'POWER'
Compared to what Yuta has shown, even OFA at full power pales in comparison. People need that kind of power to give them hope and trust in heroes.
That's why, if possible, they still wanted to put Yuta in that position.
It was strange how, in the short term, they wanted people not to hype up Yuta too much because he was still young and needed time to take the number one position, but in the long term, they were actually worried that his reputation of being invincible would fade away and cause public distrust.
'Strange times we live in…sigh.'
Both Nighteye and Grand Torino couldn't help but sigh to themselves.
"Blasting the front door open and raining down punches on those douchebags would have been my first choice if Eri's safety weren't involved.
Maybe I might have done that, but… I have zero experience with rescue missions. I will go along with anything you old-timers come up with," Yuta replied while not paying much attention to what his words caused in others.
'Old-timers? Who is he calling old? Kid, I'm only 82 right now.'
'Well, at least he agrees that a straightforward attack won't work this time.'
And there were many others who were thinking along the same lines.
"Why can't we just use your future sight to determine where they are and what they will do? Then we'll have an advantage, right?" someone asked Nighteye, to which Nighteye directly refused.
Of course, there was a little argument about that, but ultimately the idea didn't pass.
Nighteye finally said after everyone had spoken and explained, "Overhaul is dangerous, and his quirk gives him an edge in close combat. We can't afford to underestimate him.
Remember that the safety of that little girl is more important than capturing Overhaul."
To this, internally Yuta just snorted. Who said he would be capturing that man… He wasn't a naive hero; he would kill when killing made sense. It's just that, unlike when he directly killed AFO, here he would not let others know that he would deal with Overhaul.
"What about the drug?" Yuta asked. "If he's distributing it, we need to find out how far it's spread and whether there's a way to reverse its effects."
Actually, Yuta was a little more worried about what would happen if a drug like that fell into the hands of someone like Shigaraki.
And with his mind running wild, he also started to put things together. He wondered how that Nomu had such a powerful healing factor; now maybe he knew why.
Nighteye's expression grew grim. "That's another issue we need to address. We don't know if the effects of the drug can be reversed, but we'll need to secure a sample and study it as soon as possible. That might be the only way to save anyone who's been affected."
As the meeting continued, the heroes formulated a plan of action, each of them determined to see it through.

After the meeting was done, Yuta was the first one to get out of the meeting room. One reason was that he realized others were waiting to waste his time after the meeting, so he decided to leave.
But in reality, he just wasn't keen on going back to Rika; he had left her alone in his room. Though now he wasn't that worried about her getting lost since he had put a tracker on her long ago, he still didn't want to leave the girl alone in a room for that long.
