Upon hearing the system's response, it became evident that the Ram was still thinking in a technical or scientific manner, neglecting to utilize their imagination.
Ram realized that he needed to tap into his imagination in order to engage in trades with the system. With enough resources or money, he could essentially purchase anything.
Ram devised a plan and inquired of the system, "Is it possible for you to create a machine that can generate an infinite supply of food and other mineral resources?"
The system responded, "You can acquire such items through purchase, but all exchanges must be equal."
Ram comprehended that if he desired an infinite supply of food, he would have to offer a substantial amount of money or resources to the system in exchange. Thus, he pondered another possibility.
"System, is it feasible for me to make purchases in installments and pay you in installments as well?"
The system replied, "No, the system only accepts full payment."
Undeterred, Ram continued to think outside the box. He knew that he needed to find a way to acquire the resources he desired without depleting all his funds at once.
"System, what if I offer you a valuable item or service in exchange for the machine that produces an endless supply of food and resources?" Ram proposed.
The system paused for a moment, processing the request. "That could be a possibility. Please specify the item or service you are willing to offer."
Ram pondered for a moment, considering his skills and possessions. He knew he had a rare collection of antique artifacts that were highly sought after by collectors. Perhaps that could be the key to acquiring the machine he desired.
"I have a collection of rare antique artifacts that I am willing to trade. They hold great value in the market, and I believe they would be a fair exchange for the machine," Ram suggested.
The system analyzed the value of the artifacts and the potential benefits of the machine. After a brief calculation, it responded, "Agreed. The artifacts you possess are indeed of significant value. I will provide you with the machine in exchange for your collection."
Ram felt a surge of excitement. He had successfully negotiated with the system and acquired the machine he desired without depleting all his resources. This experience taught him the importance of thinking creatively and exploring different options, even when faced with limitations.
From that point on, Ram's mindset shifted. He no longer saw limitations as roadblocks but rather as opportunities to think outside the box and find innovative solutions. With the newfound ability to explore different options, Ram became a skilled negotiator, always finding unique ways to acquire what he needed from the system.
Ram still remembers the numerous antiques he brought back from India. Over time, he was able to collect almost all of them, but instead of sending them to the system, he stored them in his own designated space.
Now, he is conflicted between two ideas. One is to trade these valuable items, created by ancient Indians, to the system for different goods. However, the other idea is that these items hold significant historical value and should not be sold.
In his dilemma, Ram realizes that if he cannot sell the Indian historical items, he could instead sell historical artifacts from Europe. He recalls various items from Europe, particularly those from ancient rulers, which he could acquire and sell to the system for a substantial sum of money.
The second time around, he cannot simply space jump the remaining distance like he did before, so it will definitely take some time. As the distance increases, the system side will also see an increase in the amount required.
He is in no hurry at all. He has a multitude of small and large ideas that he needs to implement. The most significant and crucial idea is achieving India's independence and facilitating its remarkable growth.
He makes a promise to revolutionize India.
He is aware that the main challenge will arise after the British departure from India. There will be internal issues caused by greedy and powerful nobles who desire a separate dynasty, as well as external threats from the British and numerous European colonizing nations.
Ram is currently limited to developing multiple strategies to tackle potential or existing issues in India's future. He possesses a slight ability to predict the future based on his knowledge, but obtaining this knowledge from a system would require a substantial amount of money. Each time he consults the system, he receives guidance on the most effective course of action. Currently, he is merely observing the conflict between Punjab and the British.
The Punjabi side is gaining an advantage due to a consistent supply of resources and weapons, as well as their familiarity with the local terrain. Despite facing challenges, the British are holding their ground with their experience and expertise. During this time, the British have suffered various setbacks, such as the inability to deploy all their troops in Punjab and the resignation of half of their Indian soldiers.
Many more are contemplating resigning, necessitating the recruitment and training of new members. Additionally, they must address issues caused by various organizations within India, particularly the BSP, which played a significant role in India's independence movement.
