Auden rummaged through the room, searching for any clues. Despite the appearance of an office with numerous papers and books, none seemed to have any connection to the bandits.

"Any luck, Auden?" Clayde inquired as he entered the room.

"No, and you?" Auden responded, meticulously inspecting each book for hidden messages or codes.

"Nothing. I don't think Kleith found anything either. He was preoccupied with the leftovers in the kitchen," Clayde reported, taking a seat and leaning back in the chair.

"Indeed. This place seems too extravagant to serve as a hideout, and oddly clean. It's unlike the second hideout we discovered earlier," Clayde remarked, picking up a paper and scanning its contents.

"I agree. This manor is too grand. But have you ever wondered why it took us three days to search this place?" Auden posed the question with a serious tone.
