However, the hearts of Sky Scar and his companions sank. For on either side of the now tripled-in-width passage, stood ten stone men who resembled those they had encountered previously, seemingly devoid of life. They held stone swords in their hands, pointing diagonally towards the ground.

A chill is drawn in. It had already been challenging enough dealing with just one of these stone men, and now there were twenty. What do they do? Behind these twenty stone men was a stone door, similar to the one they had seen when they entered the passage, except this one emitted a white light. What lied beyond the stone door? It could be another location or it could be an exit. As of now, Sky Scar and his companions had no choice. The only way out was to open the stone door, but what about the twenty stone men?

The Snake Demon moved to the front with a hopeful heart, coughed once, and said, "Let me test them out first, perhaps they really won't move? If I make it past, then you all can follow."
